I was extremely disappointed with the customer service in the Grooming Department at this location. They charged me for a mini poodle when in fact my dog is a toy poodle. I had paid ahead of time and noticed the mistake when I returned to pick up my poodle. I assumed it was an honest mistake, but when I pointed it out to Robin, the grooming supervisor, she was very rude and did not want to correct the error. She also told me if I came back she would charge me $20.00 extra because a groomer has to spend extra time on poodles. Of course groomers have to spend extra time with poodles, and that's why they cost more to begin with. When I asked to take my dog, she refused to give him to me because my receipt, which showed that I overpaid, was not correct. I had to get a manager's approval to both refund the $5.00 extra that I paid and to get my dog back. Don't worry Robin, I won't return to your store. It has been 6 weeks and Petsmart has not responded to my complaint letter.
