I rented from Realty Corner for awhile and when I moved out they charged me for every little thing they could legally get away with. Watch yourself and CYA when dealing with this company. They offer a move in condition checklist. My advice is to check off that everything is in poor condition and give a description of how, even if you have to make it up, because come time to move out they will charge you for it.

These people are crooks! Before we moved out we told them about the mold problem because the place was not well venilated. There was water dripping from the walls, we left windows open the best we could but nothing helped. They told us to just leave it since we were moving out soon they would take care of it then. They also told us they have had problems with mold in that place before so they knowingly rented it to us knowing it had a problem with mold and then after they cleaned it up they charged us for it. They also charged us for 10 gallons of paint for 350 square foot place. They also charged us for a lot of other stuff that we had reported and was not our fault such as a screen door that got ripped off in a windstorm and the stove that was too close to the wall and caused a scorch mark. Long story short we did not get our $400 deposit back and they charged us an extra $78 on top of that. So renters beware! They are unethical crooks!
