I have been reading the reviews just for the heck of it. Dr Chan and her staff are the best ever! I had Dr. Chan examine my eyes about 20 years ago, the first time. She gave me a awesome exam then and has ever since. Not sure about these bad reviews, but people PLEASE do not trust them. She is so good & caring. She truly cares about her patients & their vision. Because of blindness I have in 1/2 of both eyes she is the ONLY one I trust with my eyes. I will be going back next week for my exam. Any experience I have had with her & her staff have been wonderful. you guys are the best!!! Carol Rogers
The best customer service based optometry in Reno/sparks. Dr. Chan and her staff are amazing people.
I have never had customer service as bad as this,DO NOT GO HERE! Told me they did me a favor by shipping glasses to me,when i paid for that service. Guy on the phone argued with me for 20 minutes and was very rude. I asked to speak to the owner and he said why? Then he got back on the phone like he was the owner.
STAY AWAY,unless you like to be disrespected by someone your paying.

20/20 Vision has and always will give the very best in customer service! We understand what customer service IS and what it is NOT, we will not allow anyone to verbally abuse our staff. We are not a courier service, we on occasion will, as a courtesy ship glasses to our patients. The fact that glasses were sitting at the post office waiting for you to pick them up is not our responsibility. Furthermore, my parents always taught me as a child, that one cannot expect respect when you yourself is disrespectful.
Best optometrist in town! Dr Chan is amazing & the staff there are friendly & knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
I recently went to 20/20 Vision for my annual exam after having a terrible year going from optometrist to optometrist; even ophthalmologists, trying to figure out the cause of my double vision from a week-long migraine last may. Dr. Chan and her staff treated me exceptionally from start to finish and we figured out the root of my double vision! I cannot express how happy I am. I will definitely be going back there for years to come!
Dr. Chans staff. made me feel at home and took care of all my needs. They provided awesome service while educating me at the same time.
staff was very nice and knowlegable, prices are great and the doctor was very professional. Wont be going anywhere else.
