Absolutely terrible customer service! I took my 2016 ram truck in to get my back window replaced and they got me in very quickly however from the inside it looks terrible. There is about a 1/2" gap between the roof and the window, and I asked "Sandro" who is supposedly the manager to fix it and he said "it is what it is." He said "this window sits on two screws and that's just how it's going to sit" and then to top it off while they were backing my truck up out of they shop they backed into something and put a dent in my rear bumper and now are refusing to take care of it because "I took it off of their parking lot and didn't see it when I picked up my truck" that's what Sandro said. He also made the statement "well it's not the first time someone has said we dented up their vehicle." REALLY... why would you even say that! So I asked him several times "so are you sure you don't want to do the right thing and fix my bumper and window" and he said "no I ain't doin nothin about the bumper" and the window is installed correctly and it is what it is, it's a RE-INSTALL." I said, "hmm okay." He said "if you want to go ahead and leave us a bad review it doesn't matter go ahaead" I said okay well we will see your dad in court" ( By the way, I said his dad because Basil (dad)is the owner and he would not let me speak to him and he was there at the shop). He said okay "congratulations, congratulations!" Absolutely blows my mind how these people do business, and how they treat customers.

Working with Frank and his team was a true joy. If you are old enough to remember when the phrase "your word is your bond" actually meant something, then you will appreciate working with Frank. If you don't recognize that phrase, then maybe you should work with Frank and learn just how to conduct a business transaction and treat to your customers. My wife and I were looking for a security screen door that would allow us to keep the front door open to allow air and light in the house. We needed it strong enough so that my dogs could not blast through it to chase the rabbits that frequent our yard. I found Nevada Tough Doors on the Internet and went to the store to see what they had to offer. Frank showed us what they had and reviewed all the available options. Once we (she) had decided what we wanted, we scheduled an appointment to measure the door. Frank was right on-time. Once the measurements were done, he said that everything is custom made and that it would be a week or two for our new screen door to be fabricated. He said he would call when it was ready to schedule installation. I went to get my credit card and Frank said that a handshake was good enough. Waaaaht! It has been a long time since I had conducted a business transaction based on just a handshake. Sure enough, Frank ordered the new doors and called us a few weeks later to schedule a time for installation. Again Frank and his team were right on-time and they got straight to work. The doors were installed in a few hours. They look and work perfectly. The frames and doors are perfectly square and plumb. (Yes, I did check.) We are very happy with the security screen doors. The ability to have the breeze blow through the house while not letting in the bugs and critters is wonderful. Also knowing that the dog will not be able to get out is a great piece of mind. If you have found Nevada Tough Doors, you owe it to yourself to give them a chance at your business. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Frank and team at Nevada Tough Doors. We love the doors!!!
They use very low quality glass/glues/parts...the price is low because the quality is awful.
