I bought a lawn tractor here and the seat fell off the first time I used it. I asked for a replacement bolt and noticed that the Tractor was on sale 4 days after I bought it. The Manager was very rude to me and did not offer the difference in the sale price and what I paid four days earlier. I have friends who tell me that the folks here are rude and don’t respect the business. I for one will go on down the road to a more reputable outlet.
I have been in this store a couple of times getting odds and ends for my animals. The staff is rude and acts as though you are inconveniencing them when you need help with something. The final straw with me occurred today. It is time for baby chicks. I purchased a dozen the week previously and unfortunately lost a couple. I only needed to purchase 2 to bring my flock back to its original number not to mention it is all my coop and run would hold. I was told I needed to purchase a minimum of 6 and there were no exceptions, so I left. I went to Graham Hay Market which is about 10 minutes away just off 224th and hwy 161. I told them what I needed and why just as I did at Del's. Though they have the same policy of a minimum of 6 they also understand that not everyone needs 6 and let me purchase 2. Don't waste your time at Del's drive the extra 10 minutes to Graham Hay Market, you won't be disappointed!
PLEASE. WHATEVER YOU DO. DISABLE YOUR ALARM. I listen to it go off for probably 3 hours combined EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. Pleaseeeeee turn it off.
Del's is an excellent business with awesome customer service. Play by the rules, it you want the coupon price, remember to bring in your coupon. Wife is at fault. Businesses need to account for their sales and cannot have a short till without a coupon to offset the numbers. give me a break complainer.
As an urban homesteader, I don't have lots of options as to where I purchase feed, etc...This store always has what I need, and it's in stock. My only complaint is they aren't closer to where I live. I just lost a feed store that was much closer but they rarely had everything I needed in stock.I have to respond to the person who left a bad review because his wife forgot her coupon. Shame on you for blaming your wife's poor memory on the store. Stores offer coupons so you will BRING THEM IN. No coupon, no sale price.
