Salesman Rick Weidman gave me the worst sales experience of my life. I walked in to buy a Raptor 700 because I needed one before I left for CA and they were the only dealership around that had one in blue and black. So Rick didn't have to really work for the sale, he only had to fill out and submit the finance paperwork. He treated me like I was a problem because now he had to push some paperwork. I refuse to deal with this shop as long as Rick is employed there. I cannot comprehend how I can be treated like crap while I'm buying an item over $10,000.
i got a car from them it was an 89 civic it had a few problems but they worked with me and they got it fixed fast.. it was i belive that they were the best buy i have ever made on a car even an old one.. i would highly recomend them to anyone that i know. and on that note just yesterday my brother inlaw just bout a satern from them and he as well was very happy with the buy
very unprofessional. I purchased a car from them about 2 months ago, according to the contract my purchase included the sale of both a liscence plate and tabs. They have yet to send me either of these things. I have called every week but the lady who handles this is always "gone" or "at lunch". With both my wife and roomate needing cars, and my plan to come back, i will now be searching for other dealerships. I HIGHLY recomend that you do not visit this location.
I bought a vehical and in less then 30days thetransmission went out. After they refused to pay tofix it, I paid. Two days after the fix the transmissiongoes out again. After having the vehical for a week,I called to find out the status and to have them holda check for the repairs since it was not fixed yet. They then told me that they were not going to fixthe vehical, per the 30day warranty, that I am todrop off the loaner car or they are going to report itstolen, and were unprofessional by cussing, yelling, and name calling.Never buy a vehical from Mountain View Auto Sales. They sell Lemons!!! And stick you with the bill!
