I've been a customer for years and was concerned about all new faces in the office. I was pleasantly surprised. Happy with rates and overall experience. So nice to have a pleasant voice answer the phone and not a computer.

I paid my home owner's insurance in full in September of 2015. I received a bill in July for an additional
$127. Although I had informed the Southwick Insurance Agency that I had an alarm system, they never asked for the ADT certificate. Upon receipt of the charge for the supposedly non-existent alarm system, I immediately sent the ADT certificate to their office.The first week of August, I again received a bill for an additional $127. I sent the ADT certificate again to their office. They confirmed receipt of the certificate. On August 31, 2016, I received a statement from The Main Street American Group saying my homeowners insurance was cancelled since I had not paid the additional fee for not having an alarm system. God forbid something happens to my home before they set the record straight.

I wrote my homeowners policy with Southwick Insurance and was over please with the knowledge, rate and the professional staff. They not only made me feel at home but took the time to explain ny coverages. Great job.

I came back to agency after 4 years. I am pleased with the service my clients are getting from staff. Also have been able to save many of my clients hundreds of dollars on there policies. I am happy to be back and my clients will be also.

Stay away from this business!!! They are only interested in making money. They are not interested in you as a person. They saw me as a $ sign. I had been a client for several years. I am no longer a client as of Southwick Insurance Agency. Here are just 2 instances that cause me to stop doing business with these people. First, during my time with this company, my payment date was moved around several times. I am on a budget which makes it incredibley difficult to keep up with a payment date that bounces around from month to month. Secondly, I got sick in August 2011. I forgot to pay my September 2011 on time. I went in person to pay my bill September 06, 2011. I specifically asked for my cash payment to be posted electronically. It was not. It was sent by 1st class mail. A few days later, I received a Notice of Cancellation dated September 07, 2011 in my mail. I went to the office in Southwick and inquired as to why. I was told that it was their policy to send cash payments in the mail. If my payment had been posted electronically per my request, the Notice of Cancellation would NEVER have been issued. Do you value your good credit standing and your good name?...I advise you: DO NOT give 1 thin dime to this business!!!
