Have been to this facility several times. Everything smooth, never had problems. People helpful, friendly.
Very unreliable very late delivering of packages up till 7 p.m.. or you may not get your package at all; not even a notice.FedEx drivers.. Try there best not to deliver package. No one ring door bell. no knock on door. A missed info notice with the tracking number.Constant ongoing problem. Avoid this establishment at all costs report them to the BBB
I was called by this center to reschedule a package delivery. The package was redirected from a different UPS access point because it was full. Within 30 seconds, I was being screamed at by the representative on the phone because I was unable to locate the address of the UPS check point as quickly as he would like. I then asked why I was not notified that my packages were at this center, and I was screamed at some more about how this was a "favor" to me. Before I could get my questions out, I was interrupted multiple times by this shrill and aggressive representative. I just had simple questions about my packages, and they were treated with upsetting hostility. Nothing like dealing with an aggressively hostile customer service representative, and knowing that they have your home address and phone number.
This is "HELL", I received all ready a big box from Avon, 2 crystal jars from JC Penny, 7 "SEVEN" dinnerware, ( replace after replace) by Target, 3 boxes from Aldo shoes, a bike and a laptop from Amazon completely destroyed. I have this problem for years and they don't care, no matter what you say or how many times you call they don't care about you.THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IN AMERICA
Since when does a UPS driver get to play "God" when deciding to leave your package when you place on their system to do so?! Then send an email saying next delivery for Monday between 12:30 & 4:30pm. Other companies deliver after 5:00 pm you know when working folks are arriving home. What is the point of the so called My UPS thing if your directives are ignored by the driver?! This is false advertising and so be noted on their site that each driver gets to play "God" when they deliver YOUR package. Then all of a sudden it's too late to pick up your package when there's 1.5 hours left before closing and I only 5 min away?! I didn't want to believe the reviews but they have proven everyone right that they suck! If you can get your packages shipped to your employment go for it since if you live in Philadelphia, the drivers controls if you get your packages. In other words "F" what is on the profile. I can do what I want with the customers packages and "F" up their day! No Saturday delivery as a major courier is pathetic as well. It's 2015! People only get packages on weekdays only? I hope the other couriers put them out of business! Even the USPS makes deliveries on Saturday's and even Sunday delieveries if requested! They deserve no stars, an F and a negative rating... At least in Philadelphia where the drivers act like the mafia... 0 stars is the truth...
The service I received from C & E actually leaves me wondering if this is even a real business. I am an attorney with a small solo practice. I usually handle all of my own filings but due to the court closures last week I needed to file something for a client in Philadelphia on a day where I was working out of my Bucks County office. I found C & E online and their website looked believable and trustworthy. I reached out and missed the red flag #1 - no one answers their phones, EVER. Regardless, someone called me back an hour later and told me that I could scan and email my document to them and they could file it in Philly. I asked how they could file without the original and the woman I spoke with told me "It's ok, we do this all the time - the document you email us will be the original." (red flag #2). She also told me that they could forward the filing fee and then invoice me for it along with the courier service. So I figured....this is their job, they know what they're doing and if they can file without an original, then alright. I clarified that it was to be filed that day and provided my cell phone number to be called with any issues. I received one email that same morning confirming that they had received my document and I would receive another email when the filing was complete and with an invoice. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. I emailed and called multiple times that afternoon and received no response confirming whether or not the filing was completed (despite the claims on their website that they are reachable 24/7). I emailed and called multiple times the next morning, reached no one and received no response. I finally called Philadelphia and the employee I spoke with was kind enough to check everyone's desks and called me back to inform me that my complaint had never been filed. I then received an email from C & E telling me that they would check if my filing had been done. I emailed them back to inform them that it was not and asking them to destroy all files and copies made of the complaint. The only response I received was "no problem." In the end, I had to drive to Philly that afternoon and file myself due to the time sensitivity. I spent hours dealing with this, losing out on billable work as I cannot bill my client for C & E's horrible service. My husband missed out on work because he had to cover for me as I raced to Philly. And worst of all, no one at C & E even had the decency to offer an explanation or apology. I don't know what kind of courier service they are trying to be, or what kind of fake business they are running but I have never experienced anything like this or have been treated so poorly and I hope people see this and find themselves another courier service. C & E is not trustworthy or reliable or any of the other claims they put forth on their website. My blood boils days later just writing this review!
They were the only ones that knew the procedure for serving an inmate of CFCF. Very happy with the service to.
Absolutely horrible delivery service. Was told I would be given a 4 hour window, but that the driver would call me when they were half an hour away. Of course, they didn't. Missed the delivery. QVC is too smart to use such a dumb company...will think twice before ever ordering from them again.
Didn't come at the right time. Took off work and even confirmed it the day before.
ZERO stars. Horrible company. They called several times to confirm the delivery date, including the day before the delivery date. Then they called on the delivery date to say that "all the trucks went out today without my items" and they would not be delivered for another week! ...because they only deliver to my area once a week, seriously? As best I can tell this is actually a non-delivery company. Stay as far away from this company as possible. Thanks to Retail Express "Delivery" of Philadelphia I am now going through the trouble of cancelling my furniture order.
