Bobby Stuckey was recently in Italy and was not present when I, my wife Kit, and our friends, dined at Tavernetta Saturday night (1/20/2018). But even thought I missed Mr. Stuckey’s trademark custom made plaid suit and excellent Sommelier skills, I would rate my experience at Tavernetta as a world class meal highlighted by Jim’s outstanding customer service as our server and the “out of this world” pasta, cocktails, and appetizers. We’re coming back soonest. Keep up the great work, Tavernetta!
Great experience. The manager was great. She really made us feel welcomed. The waitress was also good. They made the environment warm and inviting. The food was good.
10 years ago, we would receive a card in the mail which gave us a discount based on your age for any entree, provided you showed up 10 days before or after your birthday. Several years ago they limited to that 'entree' choice to anything $32 or less. Guess what? All of the meals worth ordering are over $32, so the card is worthless. Now, if you're over 70, good luck getting any card in the mail. Maybe they hoped you have died by now. I would enjoy celebrating our yearly dinner with my sole surviving parent, since our birthdays are only two days apart. Now only ONE card can be used per table, so this option of celebrating our birthday meals has been removed. The food is OK but way over priced. If you want a good prime rib meal, don't go there. They must be delusional with their prices. Want seafood? Most fish items on the menu are farmed raised (not good) or ‘fresh caught’ on the Atlantic side of the ocean. Everything on that side of the world is high in mercury and polluted with cancer causing agents, due to all the trash dumped along the eastern seaboard. Good luck with your restaurant. Soon you too will go the way of the dinosaur. Flip the yellow pages and find something better.Looks like they’ve cleaned up all the negative reviews, which is a tool some companies use now to put the lipstick on the pig. Open your wallet, drain your bank account and enjoy your overpriced ‘average meal’.
Best seafood in town.I love the atmosphere and the happy hour! I had the Prime Rib and Lobster Tail! Delicious!Sunday brunch is excellent, lots of crab legs, lots of peel and eat shrimp, a good time overall. Make sure to try the seafood salad! We had an excellent experience there, the staff was very nice and friendly. Their service is Perfect. Highly recommended!!
Great food, great brunch price. Sitting @ table next to family, who had a very rude waitress. Tossing bowls at customers and juice glasses. Knocking over an item on their way able. Very rude disrespectful. Hope we don't get that waitress.
Awesome menu and atmoshpere. Service was good as well. Prices a bit high but in line for seafood in colorado. Wonderful place and would recommend to anyone that has an appetite for seafood.
we have been going here for years, and always have a very good meal. tonight I was using my Birthday Discount of 75 percent, and still had the same good service. food very good, service very good, clean.. but could really use some updated decor. Price is in the range of what you would expect for fresh, well cooked seafood.
The best calamari and cracked crab claws in Denver! This restaurant is a landmark. Great for special occassions or just a great meal. Their Sunday Brunch is spectacular!
