WARNING!!! Whatever you do do NOT buy a vehicle from this sorry excuse for a dealership. And pre warning for anyone looking at one of the range rovers they have for sale please do NOT buy it as you will soon regret it. I went there to look at a 2004 range rover with good miles (only 65k) When I got there I was given a key and told to drive to some field and find the vehicle. After searching for the RR in what looks to be a junk yard I finally found a RR covered in dirt. As I was sketchy at this point I decided to do a complete evaluation of the RR inside and out.(I was told before I got there that it was in mint condition) Once inside I could easily tell that this RR was smoked in(whether previous owner or the dealership themselves.) On the website it said that the vehicle was not smoked in. Also there was a cig burn in the center console along with one on the sunroof cover. The leather was in awful shape and there were many other flaws inside. Now after turning the vehicle on I checked all the electronics. The dash display was dying out and you could barely even make out the mileage that was on the RR. When I went to pop the hood to check the engine I found that it was impossible since the lever was broken. After checking the outside of the RR I had found many large scratches and also the front passenger side was scuffed up from a fender bender (mirror was cracked along with a small dent above the wheel well) So now I decided that I would take it for a test drive. I pulled out of the junk yard and started driving down the road. After a mile a warning light popped up on the dash and since the display was broken I couldnt' make out what it said. I then turned around to head back to tell them about the light. When I was turning around the engine started to smoke so I parked it in the nearest parking lot. They had told me that this vehicle was inspected and that every thing was in great working condition. Obviously this was a complete lie as they couldnt' even get into the engine compartment. Well good luck if you try to deal with this group of liars.
VANGO SOLD MY RV - KEPT THE MONEYI I purchased a 1997 American Eagle RV from GLENN RHOADES at the VANGO AUTO GROUP on eBay (txharleygirlz) - There was a discrepancy with the milage (100,000 MILES) and I no longer wanted it.I got him to re-sell it on eBay - BIG MISTAKE - he got the money $34500 and 6 months later I have only received $15000.Now he won'y take my call or answer my emails.
Do NOT do it. Although the other reviews are not well written, they are in fact very true. I went in drove a car did the deal go out to leave car won’t start, they jump it off and now there’s ten dash lights on all kinds of wiring issues with head lights. They end up keeping car we come back to get the next day the battery is dead. This time they decide to replace it....hello! I do not want to buy a car that has an issue with draining the battery. A new battery doesn’t fix the problem! Even though we never actually took possession of the car they refused to give us our money. We asked to speak to the owner “the mean old white man” the other reviews speak of. We were refused. 15 minutes later he pulls up, when we try to speak to him he Denys being the owner (even though his picture is online) and told us if we had a problem at wal mart Ms. Walton herself wouldn’t come in to talk it over with me!!!!! Long story short they told us we couldn’t have our money and if we drove the car off the lot they would just add it to the repo list and take it back because in our contract it says if we fail to make timely payments or if they in good faith believe we won’t make future payments they have the right to take the car back and demand the full balance of the car. (I checked the fine print does infact state that) the second the paper was signed they turned into awful people I can’t believe they can live with themselves for doing this to people who are clearly already struggling or we wouldn’t be there to begin with.

Test drove a ram 3500 with Randy. Specifically asked Randy if they ran diagnostics on truck and fixed any problems that diag. shows. Yes, he replied. Guys picked up truck a few days later and air conditioner was not blowing hard and check engine light come on 2 days after we took it from there lot. Took it to dodge dealership and dodge said codes have been active since before we picked it up. looks like DKR Inc. deleted codes and shut engine light off before I picked it out. Peter said sorry “AS IS”He said it like he had said it many times. You know, it just rolled of the tongue quickly...I need more trucks, but won’t be using them.

My son saved his own hard earned money to buy his very first car. He found a 2012 Nissan Altima at Sam's Auto. He paid over $8000 for it and less than 3 weeks later the transmission and AC compressor went completely out. Not only was the owner extremely rude to a CHILD, he refused to take any kind of ownership at all. Only laughed at him and hung up the phone. I would never wish any ill will on his children or grandchildren but I will say there's a special place in HELL for people like "Sam". Please save yourself the hassle and headache of dealing with these crooks! They will just take your money and then act like they don't even know you. $8000 got my son a 5 year old car for 3 weeks! I hope you can live with yourself "Sam". You're a spineless COWARD!!!
I have bought several cars from this location Discount Motors. Very pleased. I have bought from several different Sales Men and each of them bend over backwards to make sure we are happy. When I got home with my vehicle the window would not roll up and a few more minor things. I called Javier (our sales man) made sure to talk with his supervisor and they had our truck in the shop the next day. I asked for it to be detailed and seats shampooed and this is being done as well. Over all, I would continue to buy from there.
