Horrible experience. I wish my home warranty would have let me choose someone else. Did not communicate with me the entire time. Took days to return any of my phone calls. Changed the amount I owed about 5 times. Installers looked and acted unprofessional. Ended up having to pay more for a part because they ordered the wrong one and the new part was more. 3 weeks after they finished I had a bad smell in my house- found out they had stepped on a bathroom pipe/vent in the attic and broke it off. Had to have another professional repair that.... and the list goes on. Stay away from this company of at all possible.
During our first cold spell my heater was not working correctly and was making a strange smell. I have a warranty company that could not get to me in what I would consider a timely manner because I live in the small city of Midland. I asked them who they were going to use and was given Master Tech's name and number. I called as a regular customer, not through home warranty, and was given a same-day appt. Master Tech was so great! They were able to get to my heating problem the same day I had issues. They called me 15 min prior to arrival and Richard was able to find the issue and fix it very quickly. He told me it was only a small part and a little labor so he'd only charge me the $75 service call fee, nothing more. I asked him how the system looked overall and he told me I still have several more good years. No sales pitch and no pressure? I didn't think there were honest companies like this anymore. Thumbs up to Master Tech.
This is the best experience I have ever had with an AC company. Everyone I talked to was extremely polite. The Technician Rocky was very knowledgable, professional and was able to provide me with several options for the repair that were less expensive than the previous company out. They immediately had me taken care of as soon as I made a decision. Rocky was able to answer all my questions and we will not use anyone but Mastertech in the future.
I want to give ZERO rating for this company. NOT CUSTOMER FRIEDNLY AND RIPPING OFF CUSTOMER WITH HIGH CHARGES.I came to know this company through my home warranty company as they assigned to my case for repairing kitchen faucet work. Technician came after 5 days and inspected my faucet and said he will have to replace it. When he came after few more days to replace he replaced it with a faucet that matched my white color but it did not fit very well with my old sink and from the beginning we started having problem with it.After 10 days, we simply gave up and asked him to replaced the sink and faucet with newer stains steel sink and faucet. Which he charged me about $600 - a very high fees. A sink which he got it from HomeDepot for less than $200. After not even 6 months, again I'm having a problem with my faucet. Water is flowing extremely slow through the faucet and I called them again today and not to my surprise, they are asking for money again.PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.
One of the worst experiences in customer service I have ever experienced. The technician was rude and unknowledgeable of his duties and basic customer service skills. To top it off, he dismantled my kitchen faucet and then did not know how to put it back together, if he could not fix it, at the very least it should have been put back in the order he found it. Called to explain my frustration and incompetency of the technician and that practice, lack of knowledge and poor customer service skills are acceptable and even justified by the dispatcher. Called DW plumbing and they quickly explained and addressed all the mishaps from the Master Tech "Technician". Stay away, not very good at why they do and make every excuse imaginable to justify their poor service.
Me and my wife have resonantly had a lot of bad luck from health issues to our toilets and shower not working my warranty company had me call Master Tech Service Corp for help. I talked to Bethany at there office and she said they were booked for a week, When i told her why it was such an emergency she put a rush on our service. She seemed genuinely concerned and very willing to do what it took to get us an appointment booked. The fallowing day they had a technician sent to my house. Justin was a very kind young man fixed all my toilets and helped me make sure i had an additional appointment the next day for my shower. i am so incredibly great-full and really impressed by the customer service from this company. They really car about there customers.
I really like this company. Very profecinal and on time to the appointment. Rachel at the office was very nice and seemed very on point with her knowlage of what was going on with my heater. the tech worked fast and even explained everything so that i could understand it.... thank you master tech
May i just say i had an amazing experience with this company. The process to schedule my appointment was quick and easy and very helpful. The receptionist was extremely nice and even called me when the technician was on there way to my home. The tech that came to my house also did an amaizing job although he could not fix the issue on the first visit he was very honest and explained what the issue was and gave me a few options on what we could do to fix it. Justin also called the office in front of me to let them know that we needed to schedule a second visit to finish the job. I will definitely be using this company again for future issues.
I had an issue with my ac not cooling and I called my home warranty company and they sent my work order request over the Master Tech. They called me quick for just putting in the request. They came out the next day because I was unavailable the day I put in the request. Alvin was awesome he made sure to explain the problem as well as showing me the issue on the unit and what it would take to get cold air. Thankfully it was just capacitor and the unit needed to be cleaned (which I was unaware of). He also let me know about this plan on maintaining the unit for a year so I signed up for it. Master Tech is AWESOME!!! I have already recommend them to co-workers, family, friends and strangers in passing. They are truly a pleasure to work with compared to others I have had in the past.
Mastertech did a great job on getting me on the schedule and getting Alvin out to my home to fix my a/c unit. He was very helpful with the questions I had to ask. I would refer Mastertech to my family and friends.

Keep this in mind when narrowing your search for a professional. If you need a tradesperson to work on your home or building, contact an inside or house wire expert. These professionals specialize in designing and putting new electrical systems in place for houses and commercial buildings.
When you contact an electrical contractor, describe the job that needs completing. Maybe you have a large project, like a remodeling plan that requires new wiring, or a small one, such as replacing a light switch or socket. Let the electrician know. Not every person you call will have the training and know-how to do more complex work.
To further hone your search, make sure you ask electricians the following questions before hiring:
1. Are You Licensed?
Trades such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical work require contractors to carefully install complicated systems that could be hazardous if they're installed incorrectly. Therefore, most states require electricians to receive training and obtain a license before working. An electrician that's licensed is one that's competent and knowledgeable enough of his or her trade to install and maintain electrical systems.
Electricians must complete thousands of hours of training in order to get a license to practice their trade, so make sure not only the company you choose but the employees doing the work show you their license. When you view the license, ensure that it's up to date and that it's issued by your state.
2. Are You Bonded?
There's potentially a lot that can go wrong if a tradesperson like an electrician installs wiring the wrong way. To spare you and your home or office from subpar work, make sure the electrician is bonded. Being bonded means the professional has an intermediary that can pay for any damage caused to a property or foot the bill if the contractor fails to finish the job.
3. Are You Insured?
Besides a bond, you also need an electrician that's insured. Many states require contractors to carry some form of insurance along with their license. Insist that whomever you hire has the proper amount of insurance for the work you need done and call the insurer to check the policy.
See that who you hire for the job has liability and workers' compensation insurance so you don't end up paying for injuries or accidents caused by the company's work. Workers' compensation insurance means the business can provide for any of its employees if they're hurt on the job.
4. Is Your Business Licensed?
Not only should you check that the electrician is licensed by your state, you should also ask if his or her company has the certification to operate in your area. Both the electrician as well as the business he or she works for need licenses either issued by the state or local municipality.
