Great experience with PN Auto! I first learned about PN Auto through emissions testing. I was in and out in 20 minutes. When I got into a car accident I knew I would go back to PN Auto. Once my insurance approved the claim I had my car back in 3 days! New bumper, front fender and paint job. Car came out looking brand new. I can't say enough about their strong customer service. Strongly recommend PN Auto to anyone having car issues.

Started to bring our cars here for emissions testing several years ago and was impressed by the friendly and prompt service. Used to bring mechanical work to the Buick dealer up the road, but since they closed I've decided to use P&N. Needed to have my brakes done (Honda Civic - Front & rear brakes, Flush & replace brake fluid) so I stopped in to make an appointment. Jerry said he could do the job that same day, so I came back with the car. I also asked him to check out if my fuel sender was shot as my gauge was reading empty on what should have been a nearly full tank. The car was ready an hour earlier than he had promised, plus he saved me the cost of a new fuel sender by fixing some animal damage to the wires. A less than honest repair shop might have charged me for a new unit and I would've never known the difference. It's refreshing to find an honest shop with skilled mechanics and fair pricing! I'm a customer for life!

Zibby and his crew are on top of their game... first time I went there was to ask them to inspect a used Mercedes I had just purchased and after spending a good 20 minutes on it Zibby the owner gave it a clean bill of health and get this "No Charge" so since here I get all my service there and its a 30 minute drive for me to get to them. Fair and honest...

I've been bringing all my vehicles here to PN for years now. This is the one shop that will not lie to you and take your money as do most shops. I always leave here with my car running better then when I purchased it. The owners are so good here and they know what they are doing. I've never been over charged for any car parts on my vehicle. Whenever I need something done I come here and they get it done. They deserve the 5 star ratings :)

If you walk inside the shop they have 4 awards on the counter. How many shops do you see with all these trophies back to back to back. None.

PN Auto has the highest quality of body and paint work in the area! I took in my Grand Cherokee for a full custom paint job and minor body work. Not only did the paint job come out amazing, they were able to paint my rims the same Crystal Black color of my jeep. I was traveling during this time and didn't have a chance to visually check on their work. Trust me, I didn't come back disappointed! Would recommend PN Auto to all in the CT area. Very professional and fair employees.

Not only did P&N not fix our car correctly the first two chances, we had to bring it back a third time for the same issues. On their first try, they made the car worse than before it went in. They used cheap parts, didn't replace some original factory parts, never came close to lining up body panels and the paint was horrible. We brought it back a second time and they corrected a couple things but again, inferior parts (but charged us for OEM parts) and never checked their work. We had to bring it back for the third time and although it looks ok, owner refused to release car without cash and then lied to authorities as to why he refused to release the car. I can understand and accept mistakes but not only is the work inferior, they are less than honest. I will be contacting the BBB as well as my insurance company to make sure they investigate what I consider sub-standard work but also shady accounting/billing practices. I wouldn't recommend P&N to anyone...

I can't really write about the quality of PN AUTO's auto body work, because after their unprofessional work on an insurance claim estimate, I would never let them do any work on my car!



The Insurance company recommended them after someone backed into my car in a parking lot. It was clearly their fault and they took full responsibility. PN were the closest on the list the company provided. Zibby met me at the location on Queen St in Southington. He took some pictures with his cell phone and tapped on a computer and wrote up a Preliminary Estimate, and gave me the figure verbally as well. (about $1,500.00 for a dented door panel and scraped fender and mirror.) He said he was sending to the Insurance company right then.



When I got back home in Bristol I noticed estimate totals which included "CUSTOMER PAY" and "INSURANCE PAY" line items with random dollar figures that made no sense!



When I spoke to Zibby again that afternoon he apologized and asked if I could come back to get a correct copy, but then offered to drop it off at my house the next morning, since the insurance company wanted more pictures anyway. I met him in my driveway for a new "correct" estimate and he took more pictures of the damage to my car with his phone.



After 2 days during which Zibby insisted he had sent the estimate and the Insurance rep said they had received nothing from him, I learned that an adjuster of some kind had reviewed the estimate and noticed that Zibby i had accidentally put in 5 full hours of labor to fix the driver's side mirror instead of half an hour, and the estimate had been reduced to one thousand dollars.



I would avoid them altogether after the way they royally screwed this up for me. Somebody else will be doing the work, and they have told me they will have to bill the insurance company for damage that PN AUTO had missed.
