I came to get a pedicure on my break. I received a giftcard so I thought I would stop in and finally use it. As soon as I got there, atmosphere was amazing. It was so bright and clean. Staff was so friendl. My pedicure was amazing and still made it to work in time! Love the massages !! Definitely will be back for another one and even considering getting my nails done next time too. I know it was nice out but maybe I would just leave front doors closed because I'd be afraid of bugs going inside.

This place is a total ripoff! $31 for a 12 minute pedicure done by an unfriendly, distracted woman? Go elsewhere!!
just got a gel manicure there and was treated very rudely. A young man started working on my nails, 2 women walked in for a pedicure & he just walked away & started working on them. I sat there for 15 minutes with the foil on my fingers to get the old gel off. I finally asked the worker next to me if I'd been forgotten about, because I have an appt in 1/2 hr. He said not to worry, well let me tell you, I was late. This was suppose to be a relaxing not stressful experience & it certainly wasn't!!!! Rude in Southington!!!!
2 weeks ago was my 2nd visit there, I had a terrible experience. The young owner stood over the girl doing my pedicure the entire time, they spoke in their language & she would giggle, point to my feet , put her hand over her mouth etc. I had a pedi 3 wks earlier elsewhere so I know my feet weren't in bad shape. I asked her is there a problem? She replied, you have a lot of cuticle, well Isn't that why I was there? I told her she was making me feel very uncomfortable would she please stop & walk away, She never did. She did not care she was making her customer upset no matter what I said. In addition I had to request a nail clipping on the pedi, they were just only going to file them & no base coat polish was used on my manicure. Maybe I was there only customer for a reason. I paid for the service & tipped the young woman doing the work, she was fine & claimed not to speak English, but the owner needs to learn manners. I told her I will tell others about this horrible experience & I am. Plainville resident
I loved my experience here! They were very attentive and took their time. It's very clean and attractive inside. I will be back!
Exceptional!!! From the moment I walked in, I recieved hellos and smiles from every employee. The manicure left me relaxed and my nails feeling renewed. When my polish was drying, the lady who did my nails gave me a shoulder massage, and made sure my nails were completely dry before letting me leave. She then proceeded to pick up all my things including my keys and purse and walk me out to my car. She buckled me in the seat and turned the car on for me as to make sure I did not ruin my nails. All of this service only cost me $12! I am never visiting another nail salon other than Southington Nail and Spa for my manicures or other spa services. I have never felt so welcome and well treated in a salon before, and I really would like to thank them for their fabulous services.
I got a Manicure and the polish came right off two hours after I got it done. They are most definitely using cheap stuff.
after a long and miserable week.. i just wanted to relax and pamper myself. as luck would have it my usual salon was busy and i didn't feel like waiting any longer so decided to give this place a try. they were busy as well but fit me in fairly quickly. i have to say, i was very impressed with the service i received, so here i am. the technician i had gave me a head and shoulder massage as i was drying. let me tell you .. my horrible week was gone jjust like that!!! you'll definitely be seeing me again!
This place looks very pretty, but don't let that fool you. I went here for the first time with my boyfriend because I had begged for him to experience a pedicure with me. I got the Basic pedicure, he got the next one up that had the wax. Since I had recently gotten a pedicure before, I stuck with the basic because all I really needed was a paint job. They painted my toes fine. But after 2 days I noticed that the bottom of my feet were really rough. A week later, they're extremely unsmooth to the point where if i rub my foot against a bed sheet, I can feel little pieces of torn skin hitcing onto the sheet. The service there was nice. But paying a total of $65 between 2 people, I expect better. Go to Sister Nails instead.
i've been to this place 3 times for pedicures. The salon is very clean and nicely designed, however the first time I went a guy did my pedi I was done in 20min. and the polish looked horrible, the second time was much better, the third time which was today I got the reflexology pedi and guy did my pedi again, he kept getting up to answer his phone, he would stop to talk as he was doing the massage and his family came into the salon so he was talking to them too......very unprofessional. I will not be going back there
