The last 3 times we’ve eaten at this Burger King location, we’ve been highly disappointed! We ordered through the drive thru every time. The employees that take our order have been very rude. Twice, the employees at the window have been rude. Not once has our order been correct, either missing an item or our sandwiches missing items. I will not stop at this location anymore. There’s a Burger King every 5 miles. I’ll take my chances somewhere else.
They messed up our order it seems to be a common theme. Cold fries. They gave us single burgers and we paid for doubles. They made it right with free food but by time I got home I threw the fries out as they we like rubber bands.
I was so excited for this place to open! First day it was amazing, one thing in my order was wrong, but they were busy and fixed it quickly so, still good marks.EVERY. SINGLE. ORDER. after that something was wrong. Missing food, WRONG food, shake machine that is perpetually broken. I always order inside so I can check the food at the counter instead of wasting my gas int he drive thru. Also discovered that "regular" means "medium" so I have to REQUEST a small combo (you know, the size they advertise!) or I get upcharged, constantly!Also, I avoid them completely if the cashier who wears the HEAVY amounts of glitter eyeshadow is there. On top of that glitter going EVERYWHERE and management not seeming to care that my coke is contaminated with ehr makeup, she cuts you off mid order to give you a total, and rings things up wrong while telling you what you ordered.I ordered BBQ chicken, she rings up buffalo, then tell me BBQ. "I;d like two buffords a medium coke and a..." "Your total is X amount" She's friendly, but should not be working in food!Also of note: If you order ANYTHING off the "2 for..." menu, STATE that you want that 2 for price, or they will ring to up for full price. 2 buffords should be $5, 2 medium cokes should be $3...that is $8, not $13 and some change like they try to charge sometimes!
This is a negative star!! Call them because the mess up my order after we have went there every day since they opened and no one wants to give a name after they hang up for me as far as a manager. Then because I keep calling back I'm the rude one 20 minutes later still no name and still not a correct order at 12:40 they were closing so who cares if my order was wrong . I'm the board one yet they don't even know how to work their phone systems. Gunther and porahia have horrible customer service. Not a way to run a new business .
Had 3 open lights on and go through the drive threw and with an attitude get told that they are closed so told them maybe you should turn off your open signes seeing there were 3 cars behind me got a okay and drove past by a half hour later and they were still on. What a great impression to make as a new business no thanks. Everybody stay away they will close with in a month like every business that is there. And to top the cake there is no manager on duty at night lol. Great business and managers
Horrible service. None of the workers seemed to know what they were doing. Not cleaned at all. This place needs to be shut down.
The fish sandwiches are never fresh. When asked to get a fresh one, they redropped an already cooked fish. Argumentive staff. Bad customerservice. Fries are extremely too salty.
