I arrived when the store opened at 7:30. It took 15 minutes for their printer to print out my contract. I signed up for XM radio but it took 3 calls and 90 minutes for it to activate. Most disappointing was that several people knew I was dissatisfiedbut did nothing when I brought the car back.
1 star because the car & the price were okay, but the customer service was EXTREMELY HORRIBLE. There was only 1 person in front of me when we arrived to drop the car off, but there was only 1 agent, and we werent even acknowledged for over 15 minutes. After finally receiving the agents full attention, I was told that even though I was only a half hour over the time limit, that Id be charged another full day, because of that half hour. I was told I was going to pay anyway, in an extremely rude and unprofessional way. I let the agent know I was not happy and wanted to speak to "his" manager. He stated that he was the manager and I was refused any further information on other managers. I had to find Corporate's number myself. Corporate was just as rude & argumentative. 40 minutes later, I was basically hung up on, by Corporate, and told to "just pay". I went back inside and paid the fee, but was very angry with the way I was treated.Not only would I NEVER recommend this place, I will make it a point to NEVER use Avis or Budget rental services EVER AGAIN.
Got a car that had 41000 which is unusual for a rental car. I asked for a non-smoking rental and got one that smelled like an astray. The windshield was not sealed properly and I could hear a hissing sound constantly. The wipers were worn out. I got the ABS light and the powertrain malfunction light on and off during the entire trip which made me nervous during the entire trip. The car was clean in the inside but not in the outside. I mentioned all the when I returned. The staff didn't seem to care. It was not a bad experience but it was far from a great one. Enterprise is usually great, most of the time you even get free upgrades. The car are always in top condition, not this time.
They have great staff that provides great customer service and the manager Sara will make sure everything is to your liking

After being scammed by Elite Car Company in Detroit, we were forced to rent a car to handle our daily activities while we searched for a car. The reservation process was seamless and get a car was easy, My hhusband got to choose a car with XM radio. The weekly rates were very good and the staff was great!!
Was out standing. The best customer service I've encountered in a long time... I would differently recommend and be a returning customer at this location.
