If I could I would give this Pharmacy 10 Stars. Staff is very professional, knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. I recommend this Pharmacy to all my family and friends. Zack and Hady don't just treat you just as a customers, they treat you like family.

Staff is Very Rude. Hung up on me when I was trying to get information about prescriptions. Pharmacist is never available and pharmacy tech claim to be the pharmacist over the phone... overall bad experience!!!!!!!If you dont like the people in the community that you service. Get out of the community.
The pharmacy technician at this location was incredibly rude to me on the phone. When asking her basic questions she immediately got an attitude. Would never ever go to this pharmacy when they treat people the way that they do.
Very professional service at this pharmacy. My script was filled and ready within 10 minutes. The pharmacy also had a variety of snacks available while I was waiting. I will never go back to CVS. Thanks LMCP!
The employees wasted no time asking if they could be of assistance. Must have been the blank look I had on my face after wandering around for few minutes. They helped me find what I was looking for and got me on my way
I have been a customer of the Lee beauty supply on Southfield road for many years. They have great products and wide selection of products. However over this thanksgiving weekend I went to buy some hicks edge control gel. The edge control gel is held behind the counter and you have to make a request for the gel. The associate sold me the gel and went on my day. That night my friend was able to style my hair and informed me that the hicks edge control gel was not good and that I should return it. The receipt from this Lee beauty says that products cannot be returned but may be exchanged. So the next day I returned to Lee beauty to return the edge control gel. When the associate opened the edge control gel he said it had been used. I said I had not used it. The associate pointed out some where in the gel where the gel had been smoothed over. I said I did not use the gel he began to repeatedly tell me that I had used the gel. I pointed out that the associate from yesterday did open the gel to show me the product so how does he know that the gel was not sold that way. He proceeds to tell me that I am lying. As a loyal customer I become very upset that the customer is not right and that an associate is calling the customer a liar!! This is by far the most unacceptable customer service I have ever received. I will no longer be returning to this Lee beauty supply EVER again! And I will proceed to let my friends and family know as well. I do not have the name of the associate but I know that the one who provided poor customer service was a male. I think that something needs to be done in their training as to how they handle their customers.
So far I have to agree with MattH. They did a really poor job of training to use the CPAP machine/ mask. They were supposed to call me to get more help but now it ends up being the doctor who will do that for me. I have to call for the CPAP machine (again) but whenever I called I got their fax Machine (really loud squeal) All I want is the dang CPAP machine.
The pharmacist is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. An asset to our neighborhood, and convenient too!
I just tried to get my prescription refilled here and was told the cost would be $59 for 30Gm of a pain compound I've been paying $30 for since the first of the year. The girl told me I had been paying a "promotional" price. Well, being on a fixed income I'm contacting my Dr. and asking him if there is anywhere else he suggests. BioMed just "promotion" themselves away from my business. What a Rip Off. Drug Companies and Pharmacy's, biggest crooks next to politicians.
