Went there on 6/13/18, sandwich clerk totally rude. My order was not for me and the person it was for was on my cell phone giving their order. I was told by the clerk to get off the phone and then told that the toaster oven was broken but I could go to the 10 mile store, not even offering me service, I ask if he was making sandwiches and he yes, but took the next customer line in front me totally rude. I ask for the manager who was lady, but I could hear him telling her he would handle me, and I informed him I did not want to speak to him but the manager, but he came from behind the counter after I told him I did not want to speak to him but the manager to confront me anyway . Totally unprofessional and load as if he had the authority to do so over a sandwich order. The manager did nothing and said nothing. I gave my business card to the manager and requested that the owner contact me, and to-date I have not received a call. I can't believe the service under new ownership after I have been going there for almost 20 yrs. I'm a contractor and I have even services the place before under the old ownership and can't believe what the new owners is allowing... sorry to say I'll never go there again. There are to many Subway stores for me to ever support them again!
So I judt left Benitos in Southfield, very nice cashiers and assistant manager/manager. This is not about their service at all!I ordered a $5 choose five items pizza. So I got the pizza, opened the box amd it literally looked as if the pizza was pried put of the pan it was cooked in and flopped into the pizza box- this wasnt ecen an identifiable round pizza. It looked as if it sat in a hot car and had become disfigured! So, I want to say to you Mr. Benitos owner, thank your teo employees who took the time to explain to me the pan situation in which they cooked tge pizza. I was even offered a refund but was hungry enough to eat it disfigured! It's not their fault. I do want to say Mr. Bentos owner, if you are not prepared or dont have the right tools to offer this special and make it look identifiable, maybe you should hold off on selling it until you are prepared! Once again, nice employees, crappy pizza!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They gave me the wrong order after waiting 25min at 10pm. I get home and my order is wrong. At this point I'm tired because it's late. They expected me to turn around bring it back and wait another 25min for another one. I wasn't even offered an apology let alone a free piece of bread. The manager was just awful. They kept putting me on hold without even telling me to hold. No basic manners. If there are higher ups, I'll be calling. I get better service for a $5 hot n ready. Never going back! Would give this place a zero if I could.
I ordered orders of fries and 2 double chesseburgers...and all of my food was COLD!!! I looked at the burger patties and they looked old....What happened to McDonald's fries...these where the best fries...now...not so much... The service was good..restaurant was clean...food was terrible.....!!!!
I ordered 3 tacos in the drive through today. One of the tacos was fine. The other two were not. The entire bottom of the second taco was stuck to the paper and the top half of the shell was broken (so there was no way to eat the taco and all meat and toppings fell out). The top half of the third taco was also broken so the toppings fell out. I have never experienced such poor quality at taco bell before. Even though it's a fast food chain, I feel like they should still have standards for their food, and the quality of food I received today was totally unacceptable.
Ordered a $15 meal on 3/31/16: Large 1 topping pie, 3 cheeser bread, 2 liter Pepsi. Order took nearly 2 hours to arrive, 3 calls to the store to inquire/complain were met with identical excuses, no offers were made to compensate for the inconvenience. Order arrived with pie lukewarm (at best) and bread slightly better. Best thing about the entire order was the Pepsi. If you're considering ordering from here...within a mile there are four other places that will give better food and service. Order here at your own risk!
I love this places in want here for my birthday last year the food was great and the staff was nice if may go here again this year for my birthday. I would recommend people to go for a date or a lunch
Horrible service! A guy answered the phone and was very rude and impatient. I asked about specials. Told him I would call back to order. I called back he got smart a few times and I let it go. I placed my order and then decided I wasn't driving all the way the southfield and he was rude! So I called back to cancel (which I didn't have to do) and he asked me why. I told him why, because he was rude and he confirmed it by hanging up in my face! I will never spend my money there and I will make sure everyone I know don't!
I went to this location to pick up my order after waiting a line going out the door after getting to the front of the line the black lady tells me very rudely that my order is not ready and will not be ready until 3:00 I asked her why is that I ordered for 2:30 and asked if she could make it now instead she said very rudely I would have to go wait in line again after already waiting 20 minutes in line this is very upsetting I ended up leaving
I was charged for 3 pizza, brought to & they refused to deliver or return the 3 pizza price to me! I will no longer support this location. Would rather drive a mile further than have them deliver to me.
