Overall
Professionalism

very disappointed! scheduled three parts to a procedure with a specialist who verified he could do the procedure with no problem. everything was verified with everyone in the medical staff involved about why i was there. Prior to being taken to the o.r the dr. assured me he'd take care of everything but did not review the chart at that time. In post-op I realized one of the thee parts had not been performed. Upon questioning the nurse who said nothing was missed until she checked the chart at which time she left the room and returned saying the dr would talk about it in a week at an office appt. In the office it seemed apparent the paperwork had been changed to cover the error.
I was sent to the place by my original eye Dr. because this Dr. was suppose to be the best for procedure yet after missing that part I was told that wasn't included. That was the reason I went to him in the first place. Oh well, nothing I can do about it now other than warn others to beware.
