They are really great at working with people on late payment arrangements.

I got this vehicle from A.Auto buyers in Alcoa Tn last year. Not long after I bought it the car lot was closed by the government for not paying taxes. I drove around on temp tags for at least 6months and had to pay extra to get my tags and registration. I haven't been late, I actually pay ahead. My van was repoed. Credit acceptance has a reposses on it but can't tell me why it was repoed. This deal has been fishy from the beginning but I'm a single mom and needed an affordable vehicle. Hoping this can get resolved.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I paid off my vehicle over 3 weeks ago and for whatever reason they aren't releasing the lien. Florida law says it only takes 72 hours to release a lien! Be prepared to around and around with these people in order to get a clear title!!!

I've read all the negative reviews about how credit acceptance repo. Cars if you have had auto pay why not just fax them your bank statement or where they have taken money out of the bank. I've just gotten a auto loan through these folks and I'm set up on auto pay. So I can't say anything negative about them yet. And I don't hope I don't have to. But I've done a lot of research on this company and they are a 5 star rating.

They come report your car for a half payment and they don't work with you I made a mistake buying a car from them they give u a car but the interest is high and they seems to be never available

auto pay through the bank monthly, they come repo both cars saying they didn't receive payments? never received 21 day right to cure letter which is required by my home state. Something is wrong here!!

You need a phone number to a LIVE PERSON,,,,I must have called every damn ext. and number option and nothing!!! SUCKS
