Went there on 6/13/18, sandwich clerk totally rude. My order was not for me and the person it was for was on my cell phone giving their order. I was told by the clerk to get off the phone and then told that the toaster oven was broken but I could go to the 10 mile store, not even offering me service, I ask if he was making sandwiches and he yes, but took the next customer line in front me totally rude. I ask for the manager who was lady, but I could hear him telling her he would handle me, and I informed him I did not want to speak to him but the manager, but he came from behind the counter after I told him I did not want to speak to him but the manager to confront me anyway . Totally unprofessional and load as if he had the authority to do so over a sandwich order. The manager did nothing and said nothing. I gave my business card to the manager and requested that the owner contact me, and to-date I have not received a call. I can't believe the service under new ownership after I have been going there for almost 20 yrs. I'm a contractor and I have even services the place before under the old ownership and can't believe what the new owners is allowing... sorry to say I'll never go there again. There are to many Subway stores for me to ever support them again!
I ordered orders of fries and 2 double chesseburgers...and all of my food was COLD!!! I looked at the burger patties and they looked old....What happened to McDonald's fries...these where the best fries...now...not so much... The service was good..restaurant was clean...food was terrible.....!!!!
I ordered 3 tacos in the drive through today. One of the tacos was fine. The other two were not. The entire bottom of the second taco was stuck to the paper and the top half of the shell was broken (so there was no way to eat the taco and all meat and toppings fell out). The top half of the third taco was also broken so the toppings fell out. I have never experienced such poor quality at taco bell before. Even though it's a fast food chain, I feel like they should still have standards for their food, and the quality of food I received today was totally unacceptable.
I went to this location to pick up my order after waiting a line going out the door after getting to the front of the line the black lady tells me very rudely that my order is not ready and will not be ready until 3:00 I asked her why is that I ordered for 2:30 and asked if she could make it now instead she said very rudely I would have to go wait in line again after already waiting 20 minutes in line this is very upsetting I ended up leaving
I have visited this particular McDonald's a few times on my way to work and they have very poor service. there was a female mgr and she was very nasty to me today about food I already paid for. if you charge me for it because I asked for extra I want it. if I order two separate orders I expect two separate bags...Give me what I pay for... my change in my hands as I gave it to you with respect and without frustration... Don't work a job ur not happy with. There are plenty people who could fill your spot!!!!!!!
Normally I love Chipotle.. but today was a different story. I went in for lunch. There was a long line of customers waiting to get served. Unfortunately the cashier was having issues with getting one customer checked out. This took about 15-20 minutes. Keep in mind I'm on lunch and have limited time to eat and the line is now out the door. Once I had my opportunity to get waited on, no-one apologized for the wait or thanked me for waiting. This was really bad customer service on their part. Very DISAPPOINTING..
