They didn't open the doors until 11:15 am even though the outside of the store adversies 11:00 am on Sundays. The owners excuse was "They're Asian and can do what they want." I sign in and am told to sit down and I tell the owner color 61. He comes back with 60 stating that he didn't hear me. I said ok I would like 61. He says "pick a few colors so I don't have to keep going back there." Confused I ask if they don't have the color? He haphazardly throws the color choice wheel my way and says "I don't know but pick a few, I'm not going to go back and forth." I stated "I would like 61 or 62." At this point several customers in the shop have chimed in in regard to the poor customer service. He looks at me and says "get up, I don't have to do your nails," I was taken back and asked "all because you don't want to get my color? This is crazy!" He says he doesn't want to argue this morning gets up and walks away. I then left along with other customers. I've been going to this facility for many years and the quality of this shop has decreased dramatically. Peeling shellac, lifting nails, manicures/pedis that don't last a week, exceedingly long wait times and now a disrespectful "owner." I will never return.
This is the place to go for hair, skin and nails in the Canton area. They have an amazing $20 discount for new guests too.

Why can't you give 0 stars! I went in for a pedicure and came out with a bloody gash on my heel! Awful service, I had to ask 5 times for a bandage even though I was bleeding all over the towels after "Lilly" grated my heel like cheese! I wish I had to post the pic! Never again!
I got my nails done for a vacation in which the shellac did not last even a week and once the nails started to lift there was a fungus spot on my nail. To pay almost $70 for a full set that did not last and to have a fungus on my nail was very disappointing.
Save your money and go elsewhere. I tried this place out as it is new and looked to be nice. I went in to get an acrylic fill and am very, very disappointed. In fact, this may have been the worst fill I have ever had in the 12 years I have had acrylics. The owner was very nice, however, there was acrylic that went over and onto my skin of my fingers and there was paint left all over my fingers as well! After my appointment I drove right to the store to buy nailpolish remover and color and ended up filing, shaping, and painting them myself the same night. I do not recommend this place!Also, it was slightly awkward because the owner now has my name, phone number, and picture saved on her cell phone...
Very rude. I didn't like the polish color on my nail and the gentleman got an attitude and they started speaking in their language. Just poor service. Not worth my hard earned money.

I've been coming to Bliss for months, I usually love the way they do my nails. Unfortunately the last time I was in to get my nails done (fill-in with shellac $35.00) I'm not sure if the paint job was rushed or if the polish was old but the paint job wasn't it's best.. It was okay enough to leave the shop though and maybe that's where my mistake was at. 2 days after paying $40.00 (yes, I still included a $5.00 tip) my shellac started peeling. As a returning customer for a service that was done incorrectly that is not how you handle good customer service, take into consideration the time they're wasting returning, consider what you need to do to make them a promoter.. not turn them further in the wrong direction. Nonetheless I will tell anyone who ask about my experience with Bliss, I will no longer be a customer of the establishment.
Not only is the management at this nail salon horrible but I went to get shellac done Sunday and by Tuesday every single nail was chipped! I went in for them to fix it and I was told that because I live in the area I must work to hard and that was the reason for my nails chipping and that they were used to working with people from Westland!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!
I started going to Allure back in February, 2015 because the other shop I was going to fired my technician who did a fantastic job on my manicure and pedicure. They assigned a guy to me and I got a nail infection on my toes. Allure has done a fantastic job on my nails ever since I started coming there. I get a Gel polish and it last well past three weeks. Henry is my technician and he is very professional and very friendly.
They did a horrible job. $41.00 is kind of expensive for a Mani/pedi. They did not scrapecmy feet, rub them or my hands.I will just have to go back to magic nails in Pontiac. It's well worth the trip. Very disappointed.
