These "people" are the worst liars in the industry. The scumbag salesman told my brother that by the end of his lease his credit would improve dramatically. Hard to see how that's true when they report your payments the same way a phone bill that gets paid is reported. That's according to the second car lot he went to after a few years paying for this lease. He wondered how he got turned down for a loan when he had two years of on time payments. These dirtbags are plain and simple liars.

Terrible service at this dealer. Poor communication, dishonesty all around here. I've had to take my car for service 3 times. None have been a good experience, but this last time takes the cake. I called on Monday 11/14 at about 9am to find out if the part that I needed was still under warranty. It took them about 9 hours to return my voicemail, which meant it was then too late to take the car in for service that day. Then, after they looked at the vehicle, they told me that the part was under warranty, but they wouldnt fix it under warranty because they didnt install the part originally. According to them I had to take it to the original Ford dealer that completed the repair. Ford part, Ford warranty, Ford dealer, but they cant fix it under warranty???? They wanted to charge me $1300 for a repair that was under warranty. Come to find out from the other dealer, they ABSOLUTELY had the ability to honor the warranty. They simply were trying to get $1300 out of me. All they needed was the invoice from the original dealer to honor the warranty (they never told me this). I got the invoice and STILL they said "I have to check with the manager to see if we, a FORD dealer, can honor the FORD warranty. WTF???? I send the original invoice to them on Wed 11/16, no response. No call back on Thursday.....no call back on Friday. I call on Monday and am told my car will be ready later that day....NOPE Then they say Tuesday....NOPE. Then Wednesday.....NOPE. SO i went thru the thanksgiving holiday with no transportation at all. This is the worst service I have ever received in my entire life. If my car was on fire and they were the only service dept for a 1000 miles, I'd just let that sucker burn. I will NEVER take my car back to this dealer for service. Just flat out TERRIBLE.

Got a used car that needs to be repaired? Don't come to Avis Ford. Almost cost us $300 for a job to be looked at and didn't even have the diagnosis correct! On top of that, couldn't admit they were wrong and offer a refund for run of the mill service. WON"T BE BACK...not even for an oil change! Try Alpha Auto Services in Southfield...got us back up and running.
CONSUMERS, please avoid the bad credit lease with option to buy program at Avis Ford, IT'S HIGHWAY ROBBERY/RIP-OFF. You will be paying the highest interest rate for their own financial gain. You will pay nearly double the car note for their used vehicles that are not worth it. If you choose to go through Avis Ford, make sure you ask lots of questions and READ the ENTIRE CONTRACT before signing. If you do not know the ends and outs of car buying/contract negotiations, please take someone that does.
The Service Department is awful. I went in to get my ABS brake fixed, and left with a bent brake line. I spent $500 to have my brakes done, and left with them worse than when I came in. Luckily, I had gone in for an oil change a few days after to another Auto Service Center, and they noticed the damage when rotating my tires. Page did reimburse me AFTER rude phone interaction and a whatever attitude from the Service manager. Awful service..worst experience I have ever had at a Dealership.
Service department - loves to over charge and treat customers with zero respect. Mandie loves to talk over customers and she really enjoys being nasty and sarcastic. Motor city puts on a front that they care about customers when in fact all they care about is over charging you. $220 bill for a $30 gas cap. So if you want to be treated poorly and be over charged go see Mandie at motorist mini I'm sure she'll find a reason to make you pay 200 times the real cost of repairs.
This is my first Toyota. I leased the 2014 RAV4 and I love it. I always had a regular size vehicle and I was worried that the RAV4 would be hard to get in and out of parking spots, but it is really easy. The steering has great performance when in a tight area. It runs smooth and I cannot even tell the vehicle is running. The seats are very comfortable. The interior layout looks and feels luxurious. Plenty of room. One of the nicest vehicles I've ever been in. Dean Jarrell helped me select this vehicle for my new family and I. He is so nice, friendly and very patient. It is rare to find someone who truly puts the needs and interest of their customers first. I highly recommend him to my friends and family.

I have two Chrysler's new ones . Didn't buy them from there !! But they are close to me so I took them there only for oil changes & the service was so bad that I'll never come back !!!
