Provided by DexKnowsI would not advise doing business with this pharmacy. I have never heard (especially at a pharmacy) a "professional" be so rude and disrespectful. They will loan you broke equipment and accuse you of breaking it. Even though it took the delivery man 10 minutes to cut it on.... I still broke it. Wtf!? Are you kidding me. Then they didn't even fix the original chair- sending it back broke! Knowing the driver seen it was broke infuriates me. Either the "manager of scooter repair" didn't care to ask him or the driver lied too; probably thinking he could lose his job if he hadn't. It's just an all around ripoff. They will milk Medicaid for all the $ they can. So DO NOT GO HERE!
This pharmacy goes above and beyond.
At least once that I know of the owner's wife delivered medicine to my cousin just outside of Raleigh when she forgot to order in time for mail delivery and ran out. My cousin is older and can't drive far so the owner's wife drove almost to Raleigh so she wouldn't miss any pills. From Southern Pines. Outstanding.
I also use them and recently had to go to another pharmacy because their lab was down. I realized going somewhere else how much I take Health Innovations for granted. They have always been fast and friendly in my experience with them. Tim is just the nicest young man and Marvin is like an encyclopedia. When I have questions about a medicine I expect a detailed answer and Marvin can always give me as much detail as I can handle without getting frustrated or impatient with me. While some of the cashiers aren't as friendly as others they've always been polite.
Another gentleman here complained they constantly change their weekend hours. The posted closing time for Saturday is 2 and I've never caught them closing early, but I've only used them the past 4 years. Considering the great number of typos, mispellings, and repeated words in his review I suspect he may have been confused when he wrote it.

I have asked many different types of questions and always get honest, informative, and accurate answers. This is what business should be. I recommend Health Innovations to anyone who wants more than just a place to pick up pills.Also, as a compounding pharmacy, this is where you can get balanced answers about both traditional and alternative medical treatments. Since Health Innovations sells both, the staff is well informed about both... benefits and limitations. This is a great place for people who want to be informed and proactive in their treatment.

Provided by SuperpagesIf you can remember the times when business was done locally by people who cared about their customers Health Innovations is THE pharmacy to consider. Without a doubt they will remember your name, your family and any other important facts. I don't know how they do it, but there never seems to be more than a five minute wait for a prescription. Owner Tim Clark is always accomodating, always available to explain any questions you may have. His staff have that same quality. You may walk in the front door in pain, but you will leave with a smile on your face. Their selection of over the counter medications is great. If you can not make it to them, they will deliver to you.Try them out for your next prescription. I think you will be pleased.
