V & G Garage Door

V and G is run by a SOUR, SLEAZY, AND SURLY individual. He installed a Chamberlain Liftmaster for me in 2012 to the tune of $485 when the going rate was $400 - $425. I asked for a refund. He rudely blew me off. Recently the safety sensors stopped working. I sent pics to Chamberlain / Liftmaster and they noted they were very old. I contacted V and G and he blithely told me he routinely leaves old sensors in place if they're working and includes the new ones with the manual and the remotes. THIS WAS NOT TRUE IN MY CASE. PLUS THERE IS NO MENTION OF THIS ON HIS RECEIPT. HE AGAIN RUDELY BLEW ME OFF TELLING ME I'D WASTED HIS TIME ON A SERVICE CALL HE WOULDN'T BE PAID FOR. I strongly suspect he sold my sensors to some other poor soul in the same fix I'm in now. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM V AND G.

I'm very glad that Garage Tec didn't just do what I've asked for which was just the broken spring. Garage Masters

I received this coupon to take to the store for a free remote replacement. But it expired in 2008. That won't fly with homedepot. Fix that and I will try the coupon cause my remote is in pieces. I'd be happy to revisit this review if the coupon was fixed to not expired status.

The price was right and with a emergency charge added because of the after the hour. They replaced our cable in less than half hour.

Normally I don't post review but I feel like leaving one for them. Anyway, my garage door was having a problem. It won't close all the way and sometime when it try to close about 2 inches off the ground it goes back up. I call this company referred by my nephew. Gary came over shows up on time and he quickly looks into the problem. he explains what needs to be done. He replaces the hardware on my garage door. Professional and fair price. Later they call me to follow up is everything acting normal. This really show me that they do care there customers. I highly recommend Garage Tec.
