La Boutique des Brides carries a wonderful selection of bridal gowns, veils, and tiaras, as well as dresses for bridesmaids and even mother of the bride styles.

Nightmare!!!! Came across this place and decided to check out the dresses, after trying out a dress my boyfriend decided to purchase it as a gift. The price was extremely high over $300. The owner was pleasant that day told us a story about how a customer was saying she was had bad service and it wasn't true. (Should have taken that as a clue) left the dress to get tailored, was promised it would be ready in a week. Picked up the dress the following Saturday and it was not tailored, decided to take it and come back as she apologized and wanted to compensate that. Left the dress again a week after and she measured the tailoring to be done. Called in a month to ask if it was ready, they stated no, called in another month and they said it would be ready Sunday. Arriving they couldn't find my dress and once they did, the dress was not tailored and butchered from the bottom a bid chunk was missing. When confronted the owner as to why she got extremely upset and kicked me out of her store. She insulted me and did not let me talk or ask any questions, refused to give me the cloth from the dress she had butchered and came at me wanting to hit me and push me out of her store. I called the police to get the stuff back and they advised to contact business consumer report to report this. PD stated they have many calls at this place. My advise DO NOT GO THERE, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING, prices are outrageous and customer service does not exist the minute you aren't happy the owner has the right to refuse to help she can change her policies any minute and kick you out. Never in my life did I expect to encounter a situation like this. If you Yelp her business her reviews are not great and you will see her response to my review which is unprofessional, unfortunately I wish we would have come to an understanding but I will take matters to small claims now!

The owner was very RUDE! When I asked the price of a dress she told me 'What type of wedding are you having?' I told her civil and she said 'that I should be looking at different types of dresses that the ones I was looking at were for Church weddings!' Can you imagine... I will NEVER buy anything from that store.She should keep her comments to herself and sell dresses to people want to buy them! I got the same dress I wanted but cheaper
