Picking the right mobility home was extremely difficult, because there's mobility companies everywhere. It wasn't until I met the Sok Family at 101 Mobility in Jacksonville, FL, that, I realized, my search was over.I thought the next step would be just as daunting. Anyone, who's researched wheelchair lifts for sedans, know what I'm referring too. I was always told, I needed an SUV, Van, or Truck to distribute the weight for both the lift and wheelchair. The Sok family at 101 Mobility in Jacksonville, FL was the first, who said, "we have a solution." I was able to keep my sedan. 101 Mobility in Jacksonville, FL is a authorized dealer for the Bruno Chariot ASL 700. It was the perfect lift for my needs. I would like to say, "thank you to Robert, Jim, and Mike for making my life a little easier." For someone with a life-long debilitating disease, a little easier is a giant leap in mobility. If anyone is looking for a mobility home, I recommend 101 Mobility in Jacksonville, Florida.
Seemed to have a very friendly and personal environment compared to the nationwide companies I have dealt with in the past. When I came to Jacksonville I heard from my new doctor they were his first choice. He said he liked their prompt service with same day set up and service calls for malfunction equipment. Stores of other large companies giving one week wait time for response and telling to call 911 if there is a equipment problem after hours. Fletcher's on call service really give me peace of mind that I don't have to call 911 in those circumstances. Every time I have had a billing concern they have been able to work with me and clear up what ever it was. When reading the post below titled don't do business with them all I can think is I have a Oxygen machine as well and there is no need for a operating manual because all you have to operate is an on and off switch and a knob to adjust the Liter flow which should rarely change and is very self explanatory.
Everyone I speak too, is very professional and polite. However, their internal operations appears to be disorganized. I started using them in September of 2015 and began using their online feature to order supplies. At that time I provided my insurance and my credit card information. Upon my first order, I received an invoice and was promptly mark online as non-payment and my account was locked. I placed a 3rd order in January and ask to speak to a Manager and explained my delima. This time my credit card WAS billed for what my insuance did not pay. Again in early April, I tried to use the online system and again my account was marked as suspended. Again I called and again I was told it has been corrected. Nice people, but ineffective.
I have used Diabetic Supply & Support a number of years for my son diabetic supplies. Holly & Christine are great to work with! Because of change in insurance we have to find a new supply distributor which stinks, but the last few years have been a blessing!! Thanks for what you do ladies, you both will be greatly missed. ~Lisa
This company is amazing. They are always very help and they get our monthly supply order right every time. Switching to them a year or so ago has really made our lives easier. Our old company was very difficult to deal with and got our orders wrong every month.
My child received some catheters without the measure markings on it. I called the office and explained how I received them. The office staff was very helpful and rectified the situation immediatley. Come to find out, it was a defect from the manufacturer.
Getting my CPAP through them was an easy process. Anytime I am due for new supplies they call and get the status on what I need. Everyone was friendly and professional.
