Update: I have been bringing my children to this Dentist for three years. I love everything about this dentist office. I was taken aback when I was called because my children have missed their appointment today. I explained their dad is the one that scheduled off to take them and he had an emergency surgery an aneurysm was removed from his head. Dell who is normally very kind proceeded to then say "okay well I have been told that your children will have to find a different provider". I then called back to find out if I can receive their medical records and Dell stated it is a law that they can only be sent to the new provider. She was rude and seemed irritated by my request. I was confused and asked again she seemed upset and transferred me to the Office Manager Margaret. Margaret was pleasant and explained what the process was and agreed to have those things sent over to me. It is unfortunate that this decision was made, because Dr. Lewis and her staff are excellent. The way this situation was handled was unprofessional.

I visited abc dental on 9/30/14 and my three kids,had a wonderful experience! The entire staff was out of sight! One who stood out the most was Colton he was able to get my four year old Serenity to be able to relax.. which is pretty hard for me to do!! This is definitely my new dental home!

earlier this week i tried to schedule an appointment at Monach Dental located by the Gulf Gate mall but the lady taking my information was very rude. I ended up not making the appointment. Would not recommend anyone visiting this place!!!!
The facility is pretty standard for pediatric dentistry. But that is about the best thing to be said about this place. Impatient doctor and nurse - there is one nurse who is just rude and mean towards kids. (If you don't like kids, you should not be working there.) She just can't wait to rush you out. Making money is clearly the goal. They will not warn you about crazy charges insurance does not cover. ("Let's do the procedure on the kid first and the parents have to pay since they signed papers.") The office manager pretends to be nice. Once you raise the issue about full disclosure regarding the charges upfront, she turns into something else. Avoid this place like plague.
I would never recommend this place to ANYONE especialy for pediatric services! I wish I would have read all the negative comments by so many hat are all over the internet! They had so many horrible reviews and scary stores on their facebook page they took down all the reviews and made it so NOBODY can leave feedback WARNING unsuspecting innocent children and caring parents! My child loved his previous dentist but afte just 2 appointments with Dr. Foster he is TERRIFIED to have anyone even look in his mouth! Dr. Foster and the assistant was incred rude to him when he shpwed fear and he was told "ACT YOUR AGE!" (when he is only 6yrs old!)! The front office was also rude after I proved THEIR appt error, but it is no surprise after speaking to the office manager,Janice,because she was worse than her staff, making no apologies and only adding to the problems! I just wish I had read all the horror stories before taking my child!
BEWARE!!!! Bad business management. Called to make an appointment for my 1 year old and they asked for my insurance information "to verify" they were in network. ( I found them through my insurance website) Attended the appointment and was "estimated" $130 something dollars for a physician to look at my toddlers teeth and to have a hygienist swipe fluoride on them. after a week a received a bill for $180 something because they were not in network. Spoke to Lucy who was great at trying to fond a resolve but then handed me off to their account manager Gaynor (who is as rude as can be) pretty much told me you're on your own and kept referring me to the financial policy they handed out. I asked then what was the purpose of asking for insurance information for verification if they're not going to warn you they are not in network, she didn't have an answer for that. and after asking for the physician's number and office manager name she hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Please save yourself the headache and find another place.
Great service and friendly people
The facility is very nice. However, I have been having issues since the beginning. My daughter got work done on her teeth and about a week later a crown feel out and another one yesterday. The first crown they put back on and stated it was my fault it fell off. I have scheduled appointment with a different dentist to correct the issues. Also, I was unable to obtain a receipt when I stated my EOB statements were not matching up to the documents they were giving me. I have submitted a claim to Met-life to review the documents. To top it off the office manger Brenda pretended to be someone else when I called because she did not want to talk to me. I never raised my voice but, I was treated with no respect in return.
As first time parents my husband and I were excited to take our son to his first dentist appointment. My husband even took some time off from work to accompany us. To our surprise it was anything but that. They would not let him go in with us. They claimed there was not enough room for him and that "the whole family doesn't need to come". The dental hygienist was not only rude but lacked child friendliness. Dr. Foster was okay but seemed to be In a rush she spoke so fast I could not get a word in to ask a question. I was truly disappointed and am looking forward to finding a new pediatric dentistry.
The staff is the friendliest I ever seen! Everyone that came in contact with my son (very shy and nervous little boy) they treated so nicely even got him to take x-rays which he didn't want to do without me holding his hand. Made him feel comfortable to lay down to the cleaning. And engaged him like he was their friend. The last time I took him I forgot to confirm the appointment and they gave my appointment away. But they saw him anyway in 15 minutes! And still they played around with him so he would be nervous. Dr. Foster joked around and was nice. She gave me extra information on dental care for my infant son even. I love it here!
All that glitters isn't gold. This dentist office has the appearance and atmosphere that is sure to be great for any kid. However, it is just camouflage. The office staff is very unprofessional and rude. Dr. Foster is your average dentist and I don't have anything bad to say about her work. There there is nothing special about her practice either. My son can play video games, watch a movie, or play with toys anywhere. What me and my wife were looking for is a professional pediatric dentist. We did not find it here. My advice is to find a more than average dentist who has more experience running their office and staff. Parents aren't looking for glam at the dentist office.
The WORST place to take your kids , DR. FOSTER is RUDE and the staff is HORRIBLE they are insufficient they kept sending me bills to pay for that my insurance covered and they tried putting it on my credit until finally they realize they were wrong for billing me and after calling them and asking so many times to look in to it and asked them to stop billing me for something my insurance covers at 100percent.,then they take for EVER to take you in and they have an attitude when you ask them how much longer they act like if you are getting something done free from them DR. FOSTER is RUDE and seems like if she just wants your money and not speaks to you or the kids just a simple HI is all she said and did the cleaning on my kids in less then 10 min her assistant finish her job it seem like if they all were having a bad day still that is not our fault Just RUDE ! Even tho I was 15min early to my app. At 1:30 we left at 3:05 and it was just cleaning she did on my two kids .HATE this place will NEVER EVER go there I will take my business Somewhere else where they want it and deserve it and work with a better attitude .
