NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE! The experience that I have had is right out of a horror movie! OVER $13,000 of a nightmare! I had gone to Don to have transmission fixed Nov . 2015. Don rebuilt transmission. I still am not satisfied with transmission...it has exact same problem as it did, when I took it in. Don, (owner) said there is/was a 3 year warranty . I made a very poor choice to have A.T.E.C., Don Ramer, rebuild my engine, fix a lot of other issues I was having. I am out a lot of money, and have a worse Jeep then when he started this absolutely horrible experience. I cannot trust the Jeep driving across my cul-de-sac....seriously! DO NOT RECOMMEND!...The issues are still ongoing and he had my Jeep 12 months!.
I had an appointment today for a Keratin treatment. This is something that I have wanted to do for a long time and today was the day!....so I thought. I was told when I booked the appointment a month in advance that is would be $150. When I went in today, my stylist told me that the owner had made a change and that it was $100 for each hour and that it would be $300. I was in shock and I told her that I couldn't do that. She said that she understood. I asked if there was any way that we could contact the owner to see if she would honor the original price, and the stylist said that she had asked the same question and that the owner had said "no". I'm so incredibly bummed and disappointed.
I was illegally impounded by Starlight Towing while drinking coffee at a Starbucks in a lot where they do business at Colfax and Kalamath.

Worst salon experience I've ever had.I was there 6.5 hours, and they didn't charged me $150 for the wrong cut and the wrong color. And they didn't even finish either one!I left in tears.My bangs are not even straight, and my cut was not even completed. They said since they had taken so long that I should just come back the next day and get it finished for free. Since they promised that, I paid and walked out the door. But now they refuse to complete either one. They literally lied to me.One of their stylists even said I should not have short hair, because my neck is fat. :( The woman even started yelling at me when I was crying, and the manager just said the woman was tired, over-worked, and hungry. But there is no excuse to yell at a customer. I understand that the team was frustrated, but it wasn't my fault that you guys didn't have the correct color, and there's no reason to take that out on me. I was never anything but polite through the entire experience, which the manager thanked me for.If you don't have the color someone wants, just tell them that. Don't try to do it with what you have and end up ruining their hair, still charging them a great deal of money, say you'll fix it the next business day for free, and then take back that statement.
