I was trying to place a order over the phone. I was hung up on 3 times. The last person I was trying to place an order for later in the day. I was told to call back. Everyone was rude and had smart a** answers.
I recently took my elderly aunt's 2004 Infinity G35 here to get an estimate for a damaged rear bumper. An employee here was an adjuster for the vehicle's insurance company and did give me options for other body shops. I agreed to just have the repairs done at this Desoto Collision Center since the Allstate adjuster was at this location. Boy did I later regret agreeing to that. I didn't mind that the job took later than I was told. An ordered part came in damaged to the shop and I understand those things happen beyond this business control.The problem came when the work was completed. When I came in to pay the deductible the receptionist tried to charge me the full price for the repair even though this shop had already received the check from the insurance company before the work ever started on this car. After I had to get that matter straighten out with the people up front, I come outside to inspect the car and discover shoddy paintwork on the new bumper cover with blemishes. No one from the business has even followed up to see if the work was satisfactorily done. Desoto Collision Center seems just another business that will take someone's money and be done with less than standard work.
I have been to this car wash site at least 5 times and the last two times I've lost money using the "Deluxe Wash" cycle. The first time it wouldn't give my $3.00 change back and today 4/1/2017, I lost $7.00. I guess the April Fool's joke on me! I am highly dissatisfied that the website listed is no good. So I searched until I found it another way. I would like to get my money back please. I won't be using again. BTW, no answer on phones either.

Loved it! Great environment. More then enough food at a great price. The waitress was friendly and attentive to her surroundings.
We love Dale's we go at least 2 or 3 times a week they make us feel like family love mangers Mike and Melissa
Although the food is great the service is horrible. They have some rude people with absolutely no customer service skills.
Ann has been in business for 40 years. She knows her stuff! She is experienced with different types of foreclosures, regular listings including selling and buying.
AWFUL. Receptionist put me on hold three times. I had to keep calling back, and to top it off car is still not ready and been almost two weeks! DO NOT go to this place!
I made a visit recently, and the service was terrible. The advertisement was bogus. It seemed like it took forever to even get a drink. I don't think i'll never be back, i wouldn't recommend this restaurant to my worst enemies.
