Dalton, who has been to our house before, called back within two minutes! He set up a time to come on Sunday morning. He was prompt on Sunday and fixed our problem.

My experience with this company just keeps getting better. From the friendly and professionalism offered by Jeanette when booking my appointment, to Courtney calling 30 minutes prior to advise the tech way in route, to the prompt service provided by Chase, I couldn't ask for better. Now if only they could add electricians and sprinkler irrigation to the team, I'd have a one stop shop for all of my home repair needs.
Totally dishonest and price gouging business!!! My water heater needed a gas valve control replacement. They quoted me over $600 to perform the repair but tried to talk me into a new unit installation for over $1600. I actually had to force the guy to give me a quote on repair because he was acting like a new one was my only option. I knew it was totally ridiculous and 2-3 times what the price should be. I even told the repair guy that it was still under warranty. So I called the manufacturer, paid $30 for overnight shipping and got the parts for free. It will take 30 minutes to install the replacement parts and they were outright dishonest and tried to rape me on the price!!!!
Also, a new 50 gallon water heater installed by virtually every other local reputable plumber is around $800. They somehow think it is good business practice to double the price.
Hot water heater failed after 3:00 on a Friday afternoon. Technician arrived within an hour of contacting the company to make an analysis of the situation. Since there was no immediate emergency (the damage had been done), the repair tech was scheduled to arrive Saturday around noon. Repair tech arrived with all equipment necessary to replace the heater and it was complete within 2 hours.
