Memphis Air Care

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve asked to speak with management on 3 separate occasions. Each time I was told he “just left” and was told they would give him the message and have him call me back. I have yet to hear from him. I have been dealing with an issue caused by this company since May 5th. It is now August 10th and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. The last installer that came back was extremely smug and condescending. I would still love to be contacted by this company to try and resolve this issue. Their company motto is “Service in hours, not days.” That could not be further from the truth in my experience.

No customer service whatsoever. They sent someone out that did not have the ability or training to do anything but detect a leak after adding freon to the unit. He detected a leak on his second visit and then stated that he wasn't sure if it could be fixed. I never received any contact at all from Memphis Air Care even after calling and leaving SEVERAL messages. I was told several times that the manager, Georgia, would call me right back and that she was currently busy, but that proved to be lies.



I contacted my home warranty company and the lady that assisted me said that she too thought that Georgia was less than helpful and we changed to a different company.
