Never use them. I have several thousand to collect, from the same company, they lie to me. Every time I asked they will tell me that it was in the legal dept.. Two months latter, they told me it was waiting for court judgment. After I realized they were doing nothing, I asked for copy of the court papers. At this point Rachel (if that is her real name, told me that they have not court papers. That she was talking (about the judgment) to another claim, not related at all with mine. They are very unprofessional and will not returned a phone call. Thanks to that, I have the e-mails to proof that they are liars. Sorry Stu, but I told you; you lie to a customer, and he will be your worst reputation.

Never do any business with this company. They are not collecting any money for you however when you decide to use another collection agency they will charge you 25% this is how they earn money.!!! Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company could not collect payments from my clients and now they are collecting money from me for their bad job. Rip off!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't used Baxter Bailey to collect for me, yet! The only reason is that the "Broker Watch List" saved me from taking a $4400 load off of GetLoaded.com from a scammer. If I ever need a collection agency they will be my first call!

Baxter Bailey is pretty straight forward, they told me straight forward what the situation was, and I thought it was even worse. Really didn't think they would be able to collect on any of my unpaid loads. They collected 3 out of 5 so far, one is still being worked, one they can't do nothing on. So I am pretty happy since I figured we weren't getting any money on those.

I have used baxter and bailey for years now. They have a very strong work ethic, as well as an astounding level of integrity. The one word I would use to describe them above all else is loyalty. If you hire them to collect your invoice, they will put every effort forward to make sure it is collected in full. The obvious concerns anyone would have about using a collections company are the honesty factor, and the agency problem. regardinging the former, never has Baxter been dishonest to me as the customer, if they collect we get PAID. Secondly, many collections companies might opt to settle with a debt simply to get their portion and be done with it, Baxter will fight for your money and not accept a penny less than what you are willing to accept.
