Worst customer service ever. How can a business just turn their phone off and not accept calls regarding their orders? I will never do business with these people again.

I have to say it's by far the worst customer service I've ever encountered, I will never use them again.

So, I spent an hour or more looking to find the perfect arrangement to send my wife for Valentine's day. I finally found what I wanted and placed the order. The flowers arrived today and looks absolutely nothing like what I ordered.I called to talk to them, honestly thinking maybe they sent the wrong arrangement. When I told her the flowers looked nothing like what I ordered, the reason she came up with was that "sometimes around the holidays we just get really busy, and we start running low on some flowers." I politely informed her that I spent a lot of money on these flowers and I expect to get what I paid for. Her response "I don't know what to tell you." Seriously? I will never use this florist again and I will make sure no one I know even thinks about using them. Such a disappointment

The flowers, arrangements, and service are all wonderful. I asked for one arrangement I've ordered over the phone, just requesting specific flowers, and the finished product could not have been more perfect. All flowers we've sent from this florist have been beautiful. We are very pleased with this florist.

i got a fruit basket that was way over what my husband paid for..all fresh fruit and beautifully wrapped with a a huge bow..it looked like very expensive ribbon. we were both very pleased with how the fruit tasted. huge red apples and a very nice sized pineapple. very happy with the service, products and the pricing!!!!

This is one of the best florist I have ever used. They got my arrangement there when it was suppose to be and my wife loved it. I will continue to use them.
