In N Out Burgers in Southaven, MS

I have officially decided to never go back to this Burger King. I’ve had so many bad experiences, one morning I sat at drive thru intercom for a couple of minutes before they tell me they weren’t opening yet, and just recently they tried to swindle me into a medium combo when I only wanted the regular and she said “Burger King” tells them to ask if you want medium or large like that’s the only choice then she didn’t give me a receipt which I needed so I could do survey and give a bad report...I’m so disgusted with them!!!

It was okay. The employees look clean and the business was in order. Too much mayo on my sandwich but oh, well. The drive thru lane could be bigger yet again its Goodman rd.

I've gone here twice and it is so bad. I cant believe this store is still open. the management must not care nor the owner. I figured the first time was just a bad time. The fries are so bad they've been way over cooked both times and the burgers are horrible. I see now why the staff just sits around at the tables. the foods so bad. they need HELP HELP HELP. EVEN BURGER KING WOULD DO BETTER THAN THAT.

Food is always nasty. Today my daughter said I'm not drinking this mom. I looked and the cup had dirty shoe prints on it. Food is cold and old. Last time I come here. The last 5 have been bad. That's enough for me.

When visiting the Memphis area during Elvis Week we stayed at the hotel next to Dixie Queen on Pepper Chase Drive in South Haven, MS. On one of the days we had a limited amount of time to eat dinner, so we thought we would stop by Dixie Queen for a “quick” meal to take back to our room. I was unimpressed when we walked in. The place was dirty and had a bad smell. If we hadn’t been in a hurry I would have left before ordering. We were the ONLY customers in the store. It took almost 25 minutes for our order of a double cheeseburger combo, chili cheese fries and an order of coleslaw. Once we got the order we ran out of the store and back to the room to eat a rushed meal. There was no coleslaw in the bag. My husband was already angry because we were running late but he ran back across the street to get the coleslaw we had paid for….when he got back and opened his burger, it was NOT what he ordered! It was a single cheeseburger with bacon. I took one bite of the slaw and it was sour!Needless to say, we will NEVER go there again, even though I plan to be back at the hotel in October.

This is the Best McDonalds I've ever visited. Whomever is managing is doing a superb job, customer service is 100%. Great job and I will most definatley return.

Went there a couple times, and every time I did I got a different chicken item. It didn't dawn on me until now that you don't get as much as u paid for. Good food, just needs to have bigger quantities or lower prices.

Food is always hot and fresh, but whenever I went you had to avoid a big hole in the drive thru and the speaker never worked right.
