Onyx Management

My wife and I came across Onyx Management while looking at properties on Zillow. We lived in housing on post for a year and had the worst experience imaginable, so we were a bit skeptical at first. From Diana in reception, all the way to our site manager, Vita, our experience has been a breeze. Everyone has been so straightforward and extremely helpful. We just moved into our home a week ago, and we are in love! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home in the Philadelphia area!

I would highly recommend renting from Onyx Management Group to any friend or family. From the moment I was shown the house I knew I would like working with them. They are fantastic to work with- prompt with communication and very helpful in the moving in and moving out processes. Maintenance is done in a timely manner, and I feel like OMG went above and beyond what I expected in a tenant-renter relationship. Anything that needed fixing or replacing is done as soon as I bring it up and everyone from the maintenance team who I work with is friendly and respectful. The property itself is well maintained and all of the surrounding neighbors are friendly. My family feels very safe living in the neighborhood. i like my renting experience that is ranked as one of the best I've had! -Zinoviy

I rented a townhouse from Onyx Management for over three years, Aug 20012 - Oct 2014. I have to say that it was a pleasure to rent from Marina and her team. Rarely have I dealt with a more professional team that are so good at what they do. Any issues me and my roommates had were dealt with promptly and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend friends and family of mine if the chance became available to rent from Onyx Management and her team there.

I recently rented a brand new absolutely beautiful house form Onyx Management. it was built right in front of our eyes and new EVERYTHING and done very well with great appliances and space in fishtown Philadelphia. My roommates and I had to jump through hoops to get the house…all 4 roommates make money but they still asked us to have 2 cosigners. We’ve moved into the house and so far they’ve been OK.

When we first received a letter stating that our landlord gave management over to Onyx Management Group I must say that I was a bit skeptic. I thought that they would be very unpersonable and make our living situation a little more difficult. However, this was not the case. Onyx Management has been amazing. As a college student it’s nice to have guys that understand where you’re coming from and respect your situation. They have also been a huge help in fixing the problems around our house very promptly unlike the original landlord. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a house; they are very helpful and easy to talk to.

Onyx Management Group manages 2 of my investment properties in Philadelphia so I don't have to. As an investor I want a property manager who is accessible, competant and reliable. I have already referred two of my friends and intend to refer more. Its relieving to know that I have local representation managing property that I don't have the time or means to do myself. Additionally, Onyx Management Group brings an enthusiasm to this profession that is lost on other management companies that have been in the business twice the time that Onyx Management has. If you want a property management that is motivated and professional and has not grown weary from the type of job malaise that can affect veteran management companies, Onyx Management Group is a shrewd choice!

I work for a large company out of Maryland and was recently told I would be transferring to Philadelphia. My husband and I went to Philly to start looking for a home to rent. I had met with a realtor from another company who took us around to look at rental homes. He happened to find some great homes listed with Onyx Management Gorup. We met one of their property managers at one of the homes who showed it to us because it was still occupied. Site Manager gave us keys for a few other homes that were vacant and my realtor took us to see them. After looking at all the homes, my husband and I decided which one was best for us and immediately signed a lease! We were absolutely impressed by Onyx Management customer service. We may not stay here for years, but I would recommend anyone I know or come across to rent with Onyx Management Group! Thanks for your time and great service!!

My girlfriend and I recently rented a townhouse from Onyx Management Group and I must applaud the entire team, from the leasing agents Michael and Irina, but more so the service personnel. As with many move-ins, there are issues that surface, usually the day you move in. For us that was over the weekend which presents another challenge for "non-emergency" issues. We had a problem with our carpet that prevented us from putting any furniture on it until it was fixed. Only having a two-day window to move, this was essentially a "non-emergency" emergency for us. We also had a series of leaky faucets and toilets. One phone call with Christine and within hours a carpet guy and plumber showed up and fixed everything. I didn't get their names but I would like to thank them for their courteousness, professionalism, and proficiency in which they completed the maintenance requests. I hope we don't have any other issues but if we do, I know they will be addressed promptly. Thank you and I look forward to at least a year of renting from Onyx Management.

My wife and I rented a home from Onyx Management Group in Northeast Philadelphia. PA. We lived there for about three years and while we were there we made it our home and they allowed us to do that. We never had to worry about them popping up all the time. The only time we seen them was if something needed fixed and if that happened they were on top of things. Our little girl is now almost four and that was the only home she knew. The neighborhood was a safe family friendly area to raise your family. I would definitely rent from them again if we ever came back to the area. If you get a chance and are looking for a place give them a chance.
