one star out of five, although they deserve zero---they have horrible customer service. staff are unresponsive, dismissive, and lie about service and installation times. they do not answer the phone during business hours, do not return phone calls or emails, and do not give straight answers about how long it will take for products to be delivered and installed. they seem all nice and respectful until they get your money (they require deposits on most services and products) and then they do an about face. i will not ever use again and will not recommend to anyone. do not use!!!!!!!!
