        Didn't cost a lot. It was open this time of year and was clean. Had good reviews online so we gave it a try and it was okay.

        This is an slightly above average level hotel. It provides all the good things you would expect from a standard hotel these days. Towels,Internet, clean room, good bed. There is no wow super factor. Wow for what you get in return for the low price. It does not provide coffee, shampoo, toothpaste, or a breakfast. The rooms themselves are a little dated but not worn by any stretch of the word. Easy access to the highway and both ends of cape cod.



        Rather clean but simple. Staff was pleasant. Talkative people but humble. If you need a dirt cheap price for just a clean likable place to stay then this motel is hard to beat. Don't expect the heated pool, spa, or gym. If you want those this is not the place for you. I just needed a nice place to sleep and relax as I toured the cape. If I was back in the area I would definitely stay again cause it fits my needs perfectly but may or may not fit yours. Really the price is the standout. I went at the tail end of the summer season and the price was what made me choose them and I went in expecting something you would expect for the lowest price hotel in a region but was somewhat surprised it was actually very likable and clean above all else.

        Very Clean. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Small family run business located in the middle of cape cod with tremendous value and accommodations. Very Cape Cody. Free WiFi and Parking. Fridge, freezer, microwave, tv, bed with plush blanket in our room. Simple outside with clearly the focus on the inside. A very budget friendly place that is clean above all else.

        The room was very clean and very big. Location was great. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite and were surprised how big it was. The price was one of the lowest in the area and we would definitely stay there again.
