Their When You Need Them

I run a computer business and after the weekend we came into a warm building. I called my air conditioning company and they said someone will be out soon. I need air conditioning to cool my servers. I called again and they never showed up. I called All Temp Heating and Cooling and spoke to Wayne, he was able to dispatch several men to my site where they determined the fault, gave me a price and got the computer room down to temp without any damage to my systems. Due to the fast reaction time Wayne gave us we will use him and Highly Recommend All Temp to all my associates. The men were clean, fast, polite, and best of all stuck to their quote. The Best Air Conditioning Company

I had no Air Conditioning yesterday and called All Temp Heating and Cooling to come out and service my system. Wayne returned my call and wanted to know how many systems were down and the severity of the call. I told Wayne that our Data center was getting warm and the next thing i see is All Temp vechiles coming down our driveway. The techs came in and asked were the Data center was and proceed to perform the rpairs to that area so we were not down. They finished all the repairs and the cost was surprisingly lower than I expected. When Wayne called to see how the building was cooling down I said very quickly. All Temp saved our Data Center from being shut down to overheating, without All Temp we would be out of business. Well what I was told by my other Corporate friends that in a Major Failure use All Temp because they fix the issue first time and is extremely fair with the bill. I will use All Temp and Wayne for all my other buildings and definitely tell others to use this Customer Freindly Company. Thanks again

No Air Conditioning A.S.A.P.

I came in from a long weekend and found my building was not at a temperature that it was supposed to be. I called All Temp and Wayne returned my call within 6 minutes and asked what part of the building that was not cooling. When I told Wayne the whole building was very hot, he dispatched vechiles to my office building working all day to repair the major failure. Wayne explained that we had a voltage spike which caused the numerous air conditing failures. Again All Temp came to the rescue to restart my building and repaired any damage from the voltage spike. Nothing worse than starting a work week with a building full of employees and no Air Conditioning. They were very polite and extremely accommodating to my serious problem. Thanks Wayne and your crew again for assisting in bringing my building back up and running. I recommend using All Temp Heating and Cooling for all your Air Conditioning services. Wayne's services were very reasonable and no a Stcker Shock after the repair. I will certainly get the word out to use All Temp Heating to my friends and business associates.

Fantastic Company

I had no Cooling and called All Temp Heating And Cooling to come out. They came out on the weekend and was able to repair the major fault in our cooling system which conditioned our Computer Rooms. They sent mechanics to locate and resolve our major failure which would have cause a massive systems failure. For that they are going to be used as our main hvac company and for all our satellite offices. We have used multiple companys before and had terrible results. It is about time we found a Company with Fantastic mechanics and call response time and great pricing policy. I must insist on giving All Temp Heating And Cooling a chance to access your Corporations needs, you will be surprised by their Professionalism, knowledge, and fast response time in a crisis.

Poor Business Sense

I write regarding extreme disappointment in the business practices of this company. After phoning for a service call, I was given an appointment for the next day between 8-8:30 am. No one showed or called. I phoned at 9:00 to see if there would be someone coming out. The gentleman on the phone stated, ""they're on their way, must be in an area without service but I'll message them to call you"". More than 30 minutes later, I received a call from the gentleman in the field stating he didn't have an appointment scheduled for me today and that he was on an emergency call. This, in and of itself, is certainly no problem. What is a problem is an extreme lack of communication within the company and with the customer. The gentleman suggested he come to the house for 11:00, which came and went without a phone call. I phoned the office again at 11:30 to see if someone would still be coming, but reached the answering service. The man I spoke with asked if I knew who I spoke with earlier, I did not. He said he'd give my number to the owner, Wayne and have him call. I didn't receive another phone call until 12:20pm, at which time the gentlman on the phone stated they were on their way over to the house and would be there in about 30 minutes (this was not Wayne the owner). They never showed up to the house. They never phoned to say they would not show. At 1:40 pm, I phoned the answering service again, requesting a call from someone at the company. Again, I did not receive a call, and at this point I did not anticipate one either. This is both irresponsible as a business as well as detrimental to their success as a business in these economically challenging times. I would suggest more training in professionalism for their company in the near future.

I have obviously, and without regret, taken my business elsewhere.

Not Trustworthy

I called them to get an estimate on the air conditioner unit at my condo last summer. When i called i asked the owner if the estimate was free, he said yes. They came quickly to my condo, the tech tried to get me to have him fix it himself and not through the company, saying that he could do fix the problem for $500. I told him id rather have the company do it. Later that day got a call for the estimate on the parts - $2000!! instead i had another company come replace the system for a mere $350. a month later i received a bill for $300 for the supposed ""free"" estimate??? I refused to pay this until they threatened to take me to court, The owner said he would call it even if i gave him $100 so i did that and seriously 11 months later i received another threatening letter to pay the remainder! DO NOT TRUST THEM, very deceiving people trying to make money by lying to their customers and making up outrageous bills. This is a true horror story and don't want anyone else to suffer.
