It's been taken down but a previous review explained how FELIPE SAUCEDO IS A RAPIST...UNDER THE GUISE OF A PROFESSIONAL MASSAGE THERAPIST HE HAS RAPED A WOMAN ON HIS MASSAGE TABLE. Be aware.

I have had at least 6 massages here. While the location is only convenient if I'm on my way home from work, I only go here because it's the best massage I've ever had. My neck is always giving me problems and Felipe does a great job of working out those kinks. I have not had any issues with scheduling.
Best Massage Therapist in Louisville!! I had awesome massage by Dixon Martin. I would definitely recommend him and come back again. Loved the hibiscus drink he made for me afterward. Thanks Dixon!!!!
He is the most unprofessional. Attempted to schedule 4 different times, each time he cancelled via text only 10 or 15 minutes before appointment. Excuses include car trouble, mom in hospital, sick, etc. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUY
I got a Groupon for two massages. The first was great. Felipe cancelled the second one three times via text each time. Today, he cancelled within five minutes of the massage start. Felipe is unprofessional. I would not recommend him.
Initially the staff and care were great after my car accident. However, because it's taking them 2 months now to get my records to our Atty, they are holding up my case. So, I give them 1 star.
this is a joke. i scheduled an appointment a month ago, showed up on time and the door was locked. no answer on the phone and no massage therapist present. then 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment i got a text saying "emergency... car wreck... i'll call you tonight and reschedule" thought i would give the benefit of the doubt and reschedule... Felipe Saucedo the therapist never called to reschedule. as i had pre-paid for two massages i thought i would give it another try and hope he showed for the appointment... guess what? my 9am appointment for today was just canceled via text with "emergency... mom's in the hospital... i'll call you to reschedule" seriously do not waste your time booking with Felipe, it's more stressful than even the best massage can correct.
So pleased with the staff and my experience at Massage Envy! It can be hard to find time for myself but I always make the time now that I know how beneficial Massage Therapy and Facials can be! I am more relaxed, happy, and in a good mood for my family because of the time I get at Massage Envy Springhurst. Thank you!! :-)
My experience exceeded five stars! From my first interaction with Hope scheduling my appointment, to my services with Lauren. What can I say? She made me feel welcome, was very engaging... And is the best at her craft. When I come back to KY, this will be on my list first to do. Thank you!
This was a first and last trip! I got the 1 hour table massage, it was gift from a friend, and wasn't sure what to expect because I'd never had a massage like this before. It started out feeling great! The therapist (who barely spoke ANY English...) did great working out the kinks in my shoulders and upper back. Then he moved on to my arms, and I felt he was a little rough but alright. My lower back, I thought he was going to cause my back to go out! I told him "Ouch!" because I was afraid he wouldn't understand me if I said anything else. He continued to rub too hard. I thought I was going to cry when he did the backs of my legs. Then I had to flip over to my back. I was dizzy and lightheaded I almost couldn't do it. He didn't seem to be as rough once I flipped over and at last it was over! I couldn't wait to get dressed and LEAVE. But I was so dizzy and lightheaded that I had trouble standing up. Once I got up, they gave me a dinky little dixie cup full of water and ushered me out the door. I found out lightheadedness after a massage is common, for about 20 minutes afterward. I was lightheaded for almost 2 hours. But the bonus is that around 3 hours later, my upper back started aching. By 11 that night I couldn't even stand for clothes to touch me. Right now it's the morning after and I've discovered bruises on my arms an I feel like someone beat the crap out of me with a baseball bat across my shoulders and upper back- right of course where my bra needs to be. Don't waste your money here. Oxmoor might have better therapists, I don't know.
