Despite their cheap prices, I would definitely NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone because of the horrible customer service. Although the sushi was fair tasting, it could not compensate for the way I was treated. I had ordered an unagi roll to go and the woman at the cash register apparently had not heard that I said "roll". Upon receiving my order, I noticed I was only given 2 pieces of sushi instead of the 6 that I thought I had ordered. I kindly explained to the woman about their mistake BUT she began raising her voice and trying to blame the whole thing on me. "You did not say 'roll'. I am not a mind reader, so how am I supposed to know what you want?" she said. This frustrated me and I asked if there was anyway she can accommodate me and the fact that she did not explain that at their restaurant they have more than one type of unagi sushi. The woman rudely said there is nothing she could do because the food was already made and that I "should have been more clear about my order". If you can handle rude cashier women who apparently hate their lives, then be my guest: THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU . Unfortunately that was my first AND last time, I felt she should have at least refunded me or for future guests explain all the various items on their menu. If the woman had been a lot kinder and made me feel better (rather than worse) about the situation, then I actually may have considered returning. Too bad for her though, I love sushi.

The Food is average, nothing extravagant, but an excellent find for a neighborhood restaurant. The service's prompt and great. The place is a bit small, but the sashimi is great. Not too fishy, not too dry. They serve you with pickled vegetables when you arrive, which is an excellent starter, it builds up your appetite. The tea here is great..an actual green tea..thick, a bit bitter, and aromatic. However, although the place is not expensive, the price for the rolls are unsuitable, far too high for the quality. The sashimi on the other hand is quite a steal!

I was in the neighborhood and decided to try this Japanese restaurant. I ordered their chicken teriyaki and sake sashimi. They gave me generous slices of salmon and it was so fresh that it just melted in my mouth. The chicken teriyaki was very good as well. They use boneless, skinless chicken breast meat.
