Got the dream station automatic sleep apnea machine along with simpulus full face mask. Also got some cpap wipes along with additional filters. They had the cpap machine an other supplies in stock as well. Very nice medical supply store.

We were visiting San Antonio for a few days and we needed some medical supplies. We rented electric scooter, portable oxygen concentrator and bought a 3 in 1 commode as they can only be purchased. The service was very prompt and technician has taken his time to go through all the questions we had. I would rate this medical supply store very high due to the overall service and assistance provided. I wish we had the same service back home.

I havent met my deductible for a cpap machine through the insurance. My insurance said i would have to pay about $2,200 to get a sleep apnea machine along with the mask. I found primo medical who is offering the machine for a much lesser price. Looked at resmed airsense 10, respironics dream station, fisher paykel icon automatic machine. Choose to go with resmed airsense 10 apap and got the mirage quattro full face mask along with additonal cpap filters and cpap wipes. Overall a good experience at primo medical supplies. This is the best medical supply store in San Antonio.

My hubby had knee replacement and the first night was very horrible. The next day we called primo and asked them to deliver a lift chair along with the cold theraphy machine. We initially rented a CPM machine from primos. Overall the service was quick and efficient. This medical supply store had everything what we have needed.Nice job guys for making our lives easier.

Needed a sleep report for my commericial license for the DOT. The place I got my cpap machine was out of business. Called several medical supply stores in town and no one was helpful. Steve at primo was helpful. I got my compliance report along with it I bought the so clean 2 machines which sanitizes the cpap machine along with some filters and replacement cushion for my full face mask. I shall recommend this place to everyone who is needing for a new supplier in san antonio. They also have lot more stuff in there showroom such as medical stockings, wheelchairs, ostomy and much more medical products. Thank you primo for saving my job as I was in the crunch.

Bought portable oxygen concentrator at Primo's along with a sleep apnea mask for my cpap machine. Customer service is awesome. Steve was very patient and helpful. They have a lot more equipment such as stockings, hospital beds, Ostomy supplies, orthopedic supplies, shower chairs, wheelchairs, lift chairs and so on. We got what we needed. I would recommend this medical supply store to anyone who is living in San Antonio. Thumbs up primo. 👍🏻

Full Electric Hospital Bed 10/10 qualitatively superior bed and very sturdy.Medical Therapeautic Mattress 11/10 because we liked it lot. This is kind of similar to a low air loss mattress with no air pump and electricity required. Assist Bed Rail 10/10 the good thing with this rail is that you can position this into 3 different set of positions which is unusual for a bed rail.Also got some fitted sheets and a vinyl protector for the mattress as well.Activox portable oxygen concentrator - 10/10 compared to the inogen, invacare and other portable concentrators his one has a better battery life.Overall Primo Medical Supplies - 10/10

got a brand new lift chair from pride technologies at the primo's. my husband had a total knee replacement and he was having a hard time getting up. so we have done search online & made a call to primo and they have sent us some pictures for the lift chair & we choose from it. we also got a padded bedside commode with a drop arm along with the venapro machine. 5 star xperience. the delivery technician was couteaous & took time to show us everything.

I have just made a call to primo medical. They are not open due to the inclement weather but the guy who answered the call was very helpful and knowledgeable and patient as well. We called a few places as well all we were told was that they were closed and call them back when they are back open. This guy answered all the questions in regards to the hospital bed and wheelchair rental. Now a days companies work based on the outcome of what is being gained. I am impressed with this medical store. I will come back to your business when we make a decision on it.
