Bought a simple over the counter item but then realized that it was not what I wanted. I went back to the pharmacy not 5 minutes later and saw the same woman behind the register, the very same woman who rung me up. I told her that the product what not what I wanted and that I would like to return it for a refund. product un-opened, packaged, receipt and all. Mind you, this is the same woman who rung me up not five minutes before. She told me that I could not do a simple return/refund and that the owner had to handle it. This is a Saturday now. I asked when the owner would be in and she said Monday. So she is capable of taking my money and ringing me up but incapable of doing a very simple refund - total $$ value $5.00 by the way. If you cannot handle the business, close your doors! Absolutely ludicrous!
