Exceptional experience. The service was worth the wait time. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It was very nice to see the manager and assistant manager hand in hand helping the staff and customers together. Every td bank should be like this one. Only thing that could improve is more staffing.

I am not a person that goes on line to leave comments but I felt compelled to do so because of the wonderful, caring, professional and friendly employee I had the great pleasure of meeting. Her name is Nirvani Sewnanon. She has all the makings of the best Customer Service and Financial Services Representative you can possibly have. It was not only the service she gave but while attending to my needs she lifted my spirits, made me feel everything will be good again and showed real concern from her heart. I know good customer service when I see it. I was a world wide Travel Director, International Flt. Attendant and Personal Assistant to the Rich and Famous. A total of 48 years of servicing people. Nirvani Sewnanon has a special gift when it comes to business and people. I hope she gets all the credit she deserves. I will always remember her which will be easy because she is truly one of a kind. She sets the standard when it comes to T.D. Bank. Horrible customer service. Charges double for safe deposit box and do not refund you back anything. Manager promised would return double charged money back, and charged 97.99 again the next day. Lost money this way more than $300. Do not help resolve anything. Worst experience ever. Do not go here and waste your hard earned money. And now lines are longggghh...not like when it 1st opened. So nothing to offer other than long hours with long wait time.
