Purcell's Paving and Masonry, LLC

I am quite baffled by all of these positive reviews! I contracted these guys to install concrete pavers on my driveway and to grade the parameter of my house. The pavers began to separate within a few months since they had cut corners by skipping the 8" base outlined in their proposal, and grading is deficient as well. I was promised superior quality topsoil but after the straw covering wore off, I saw that they put down landfill instead of top soil (Not in our original agreement; now I know why they put down so much straw). I never haggled price -- THIS is definitely NOT what I paid PREMIUM for... I called and spoke with Mike by phone and text early spring... although he was responsive, he kept making excuses about coming out to honor their "5 YEAR warranty" with disingenuous promises that he'd eventually make it out to remedy. He said (on 5/10/21): "He has a family to feed, therefore, had to focus on NEW projects in order to get PAID." As of August 20th, Mike Purcell stop answering calls altogether, and would not respond to text messages (marked READ)! These guys are dishonest, unreliable, none responsive, and have no integrity!! NOT TO BE TRUSTED!! They'd deliver what appears to be good work initially (please don't be fooled) just wait a few months, your pavers will shift/ separate like mine (se photos of voids in joints and they are everywhere) Since they requested CASH payment (RED flag) -- I'm left with no other option but to file a small claims action in court! An extremely high stress and exhausting experience dealing with Purcell's Paving! HOMEOWNERS, PLEASE BEWARE and AVOID!! THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR "5 YEAR" WARRANTY!!

Mike got the job done quickly and beautifully my driveway is gorgeous and flawless highlight recommend him

Mike and team were great, ontime, within budget, and very interested in doing a great job. His communication was outstanding and his professionalism stands out. I will be hiring him again. Staff was outstanding and the job came out awesome. My wife and I could not be happier.
