Over priced and not that good. Plastic everything very disappointed
This is the second occasion that my drink has been abruptly taken from me at Pearls’, based on false assumptions/misinformation that I was drunk. This time I asked the bartender why my drink was taken and was told that someone heard me puking in the bathroom. Not true. I even attempted to talk with a manager who accused me of yelling at her. I am hard of hearing and wear hearing aids. However, like many senior citizens having hearing deficits, I cannot always judge the loudness of my voice, especially in places with a lot of background noise. The first time this happened a couple of years ago, I informed Pearls' staff of my hearing deficit and the problems associated with wearing hearing aids. So, my advice to anyone who has a hearing impairment and wears hearing aides, keep your voice down, else your drink may be literally ripped from you. In the last 6 years, I frequented Pearls' at least once a week. But, they lost a good customer by treating me like a degenerate. I felt so embarrassed and was humiliated in front of friends and other people patronizing the restaurant. I will never go back.
Salty, greasy, tasty Southern fare.Don't go expecting health food, folks :)A nice treat for "now and then."Friendly service.I don't like all the Styrofoam and plastic waste, though. That part's a real bummer.
does not have the atmosphere that WAS ONCE THERE,NO SINGING OR DANCING. FOOD WAS GOOD BUT VERY PRICY FOR WHAT YOU GET/ VERY DISSAPOINTED!
Love the food. One of my favorite places to eat in Oklahoma City. Every time my son and family come home from Germany, Red Lobster is the first place we come to eat! The children love it. I have never been disappointed.
Not too dang bad! Live music was ok, the lady was buzzing....Dustin prinze or jade castle would be a hit there! The train was unnerving but added to the shtick! The food was outstanding, drinks were eclectic and on point, I've never had moonshine or a spicy margarita before and the white stout??!!?? What! Service was good, seemed like they were always around ( not hovering and always in eye sight/earshot due to size of establishment! ) But overall.......NOT TOO DANG BAD!, only issue was size and storage was limited! Heard a funny waiter/cook conversation about a drunken night! LOL! With a better venue this place would catch the fire and melt the hearts of OKC! Oh yeah, do some more Cajun/creole foods like a real gumbo, boudain, fried catfish, crawfish boil, some greens, cornbread, gator, shrimp......nice big shrimp! Chef has skill for sure, management knows what they are doing, staff was well trained. Good job guys!
We have been to the Quail location many times. However, we're done!! Nearly every time we've gone the service is horrible. They never remember to bring the oysters we order. They either never show up or they show up after our entree has arrived. They also just forget our order in general...they either bring out the wrong food or it never comes out at all! The servers are incompetent. The management has been apologetic each and every time but they aren't doing anything to fix the issues. We have continued to go because we do love their food and honestly, they're the only game in town (in nw okc) for Cajun seafood and oysters. If they would improve their service and keep it consistent this place would be the bomb!
Mediocre at the very best. The alligator tank is a 30gal fish tank with 1 small alligator in it (I didn't see it move for a while, thought it was dead). One in the party ordered crab legs and spent $50 on just her meal. Its pretty pricey for what you get.
You should update your online menu
Very bad ... I went there today to the SW 74th store and the waiter was slow and seemed to egnore us and I had to ask for refills on my drink ... Somethings going on this is the 2nd time I have been there and this Red Lobster sucks ... If they dont get any better I will not go back ...
