GO SEE GLEN, GIRLFRIEND!!! Glen is the store manager, and he is so incredibly knowledgeable, kind, friendly, patient, and really fun, all while being extremely patient. He has always remembered me by name since the first time I walked in, and he always asks me about what's going on in my life. Even if I haven't been there in a few months, he remembers what I've been up to. Even if I'm not in the best mood, and even when I am, he makes me laugh and puts a huge smile on my face. That level of customer care and service is so rare these days. He has pointed out many products to me that I have purchased, LOVED, and never would have known about without his assistance. He is absolutely NEVER pushy about this process either; it's clear that he's just genuinely concerned about helping you look and feel your best! You can tell that he loves his job and his customers, too. Also, Sephora is a crack house for makeup lovers. They have all kinds of funky tools, nice brushes, every type of makeup you can imagine, hair products, fragrances, etc. Their sale section is always stocked with fantastic products at unreal prices as well. If you don't know about it, the Sephora line of makeup is JUST AS GOOD as it's high priced competitors; in fact, I prefer the Sephora brand to many others. (The jumbo water proof eyeliner has LITERALLY changed my life. I get so many compliments on it, and it truly does stay brilliant and never smudges, even if I wear it at the gym after work.) All of the Sephora stores are great, but, I must say, if you want a truly remarkable shopping experienced with personalized, patient, and cordial service, you truly must go to this one - because this is the one that Glen is at! I know it's the only one I go to. Glen is an asset to Sephora, and anyone who gets customer service from him is lucky to have experienced it. He sets the bar so UNBELIEVABLY high that no one else even begins to measure up!!!
SALON: had an appointment with Tracy the salon manager for a cut. She was running about 20 min late but dnot think she had an appointment before me. I brought pictures of the a-line cut I wanted as I have straight hair with no body and brought pics of similar hair. She put these huge 1.5" chunks of layer into my hair, straight out of the 90's. I told her the pics did not have that and it's a smoothly tapered cut. She had to cut more length off the lessen the damage. Needless to say, that was not the cut I wanted. I called to cancel the follow up appt as there is no way I'm going to let her cut my hair again. She asked if I wanted to reschedule, I said no, I am not happy with my cut. Instead of offering to make it right or do anything at all to keep a customer, she said ok. Bad cut, bad customer service, bad experience. BAD Ulta, BAD!!! They get one extra star because while I waited I found a cute nail polish color.
This store is incredible. If you like good service, friendly smiles, and fun makeup, you need to go here! I told the associates I was going on a trip and that I had a few things I could buy but that money was tight due to the trip. They got me what I needed, and then gave me MULTIPLE samples of things I said I liked (such as this one girl's foundation - it was YSL and INCREDIBLE.) And, the manager, Beth, was telling me about BB cream, which I never knew what that meant, so she recommended her favorite kind and also gave me a sample. Every single associate at that store was REMARKABLE and gave impeccable service that was both funny and professional, and I was especially impressed by Beth taking a personal interest in my needs. There is a Sephora, inside a JC Penny, closer to my home, but I will NEVER return to that store after the treatment I received at this store. They made me feel welcome and at home.
Most of the time the staff are very friendly... even on my last visit one of the employees asked if I needed help to find anything. Overall it was a meh experience until I got to the checkout. The checkout clerk, Deb, was very rude. When I was trying to give her my balance reward card she refused to take it immediately and very rudely said "I'll get it" while she slowly scanned the two (2!) items I was purchasing. She then proceeded to smokers cough all over her hands (hello, you work at a drug store, get that phelmy gross cough taken care of), take my card, then complete the transaction. I was thoroughly disgusted! I guess they are required to thank every customer because she ended the while experience with a sarcastic "thank you". If you go to this Walgreens and see a tweeked out obvious life long smoker at the check out, go check out at the makeup counter!
Jim is the most professional of pharmacists I have had the pleasure of meeting. In addition to his helpfulness, he also has a very pleasant demeanor. He treats you like a person, not a dollar sign and goes out of his way to help you. Whether it is to call you doctor, fill your prescription, or to help with your insurance. He goes the extra mile to help you out and the prices are low. Just thinking about going to any of the bigger places makes me cringe. I don't know if you have ever been made to feel less of a person or have had someone talk down to you at a pharmacy, that is the last thing you will ever experience at JIM'S COMMUNITY PHARMACY. I hope that this will help you with your choice on deciding what pharmacy to use, because his way of thinking is to put the customer first. Not like it is everywhere else.
I had been using Moore Rexall for years so of course I had to follow them to Chris' Express and I am glad I did!! Once a month, every month I get my script filled there. I have never one had a bad experience!! Chris goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. The whole staff greats you on a first name basis when you walk in and they only take 5-10minutes tops to fill a script!! Unlike Walgreens down the road who takes 45min-1hour! Anyways, I highly recommend this pharmacy for any and everyone!
Most men I know don't tan but I started to to get rid of my tan lines (farmers tan, I think everybody calls it), anyways...What a comfortable, relaxing place to tan. Its not expensive and they have long hours so NO ONE will miss tanning a day. The lady that took the salon and brought it back to life is nice and helps you to find out what's the best package you should buy. She wants you to get the most you can from the package bought. Go there and see for yourself, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Jim's communiity pharmacy is a veary nice store and jim''s a Karen person I needed some speshol medison and he didnot have it but he checked and he sead that he would geat it tha next day I checked at 6or7other stors and I was told by 1 that he could not make enuf mony to geat tha Madison for me to goahead and geat it ferom Jim and that is what I did Jim even sead he would delver it to me thank you Jim I recommend that you geav Jim a chane
The staff at this Crest RX is the most courteous pharmacy staff that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They are the fastest pharmacy I have ever filled a prescription at. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know. My only complaint is the hours, I wish they stayed open just a little bit later. It’s very hard for me to make it there by 6pm but other than that, they have a 10 star rating from me!
I am always so impressed with 180 medical and their prompt response and prompt delivery of supplies. Yet again they have come through for us in a big way! My daughter's Doctor wrote a new prescription this morning and within 4 hours Keri with 180 was calling me to verify and send samples to tide us over until the new shipment of products can be insurance approved and at our door. Thank you for a job very well done!
