Salesman was nice, sales manager was rude.. very rude.. got the windows tinted there yesterday.. very crappy job.. gotta take it back
I sent an e-mail to my service consultant on Wed. Jan. 3 for an appointment for Friday, Jan. 5 at 8am. I arrived at the dealership and was told my consultant was off that day and Mr. Curt Wagner would help me. I told him I had an engine oil leak and need a estimate of cost for repairs and I left the auto. At 10:30am I called Mr. Wagner and was told he had no news about repairs and would call me. By 2:30pm I called Mr. Wagner and got his voice mail and left a message to call me. By 3:30PM no call back and I called and got Mr. Wagner and was told the same no information. I told him I would be in at 5pm to get the auto. I arrived at the dealership and Mr. Wagner had not gotten me a estimate and I got my auto and left. I have been a customer of Bob Howard for over 20 years and have never been treated so poorly in my life. Mr. Wagner has no "customer service" skills at all and if very unqualifed to be in that position. I would not recommend Bob Howard Chevrolet.
Fabian is your guy in OKC. He is very experienced and his goal is to get you in the vehicle you want quickly and with no hassle. Make sure to ask for him!

After years of dealing with the games that most Dealerships play, we had an awesome buying experience at Battison Honda, from making the deal on line with Matt Smith, to arriving at the dealership to find our new 2018 Odyssey shined to the teeth, to getting the trade in amount we were hoping for in minutes from Matthew Randall.Isaiah Grimes was our sales associate, I would like to add that my wife says that just driving by a car dealership makes me mad, but not this time!
We purchased at 2016 F -150 in May of 2017. The salesman was a nice guy, the financing process was not too difficult and so far the truck is doing fine. The reason for my two stars is that several days after we got the truck home we realized that none of the speakers in the doors were working. Only the middle speaker in the console was working. The previous owner had taken out the factory sound system and installed his own sound system, but when he traded it in, he took his custom sound system with him. The dealership obviously knew that the sound system did not work and they fixed it so that only the middle speaker worked. I called to see if they would fix it, but of course we had already signed the papers and walked out the door, so they were done with us. So just be sure to thoroughly inspect the vehicle before you buy.
This is the worst dealership I've ever used in the 30 years I've been out here. Already say here 14 hrs for a 45 minute repair. Don't believe that first come first serve line they tell you. Terrible service. Would not recommend to anyone, nor will I use again.
