Chris is a great guy. He runs a great agency, and really takes the time to understand what your needs are! I highly recommend him for all your insurance needs!

I just changed insurance to Sarkella & Associates and they saved me a ton of $$$ and I know now can sleep peacefully knowing I have the right coverages for my autos and home.They gave me a brief education on my liability insurance and I am confident that I now am covered more properly than I was with my last insurance company. I have been happy with Sarkella and Associates, They were able to advise me how to handle my Financial needs, I had plans with multiple companies I have worked for over the years. they were able to hook me up with a Financial & Life insurance specialist to set up and transfer non preforming accounts into a plan that I can actually plan to retire with. I wouldnt have been able to get this done if I had not been searching for insurance and came accross the Agency with the knowledge and Intuition to ask the correct questions. You need to have your Insurance reviewed, You get what you pay for!

Just signed up for a few policies. I was able to get better coverage, at a lesser price. The whole staff was great, from being welcoming and the knowledge they had. I feel confident in their ability to produce quality policies at fair prices. If you even have general insurance questions go here, they work very hard to understand state law and complex scenarios. To make things better, Chris was there, he owns it! I have never met the owner of my agency after decades of business. Top notch staff!

A wonderful agency that really cares about making sure you are properly covered. They explained what everything in my insurance policy meant so I knew what I was paying for. If you would like a review of your current insurance, have them take a look at if for you. They will make sure when you walk out that you understand your insurance policy and have no gaps in coverage.

I have had the most wonderful service witht this Allstate office. The representatives make me feel like I am never a "problem" to them. They help me every time I call even for the smallest claim. In April I had an accident and they went out of thier way to have my car picked up, a rental car brought to my work so I didn't have to miss work, and then I had my car back in less than two weeks and it was no expense whatsoever. You pay for quality and that is what you get with this agency on top of wonderful coverage that Allstate provides. Don't shop anywhere else, you would be wasting your time.

I went online and filled out an instant survey quote, Allstate's "estimated" quote from the site was over $8,000 a year :( about 2 minutes later Will called and I almost hung up. We went over all my coverage's and in a very professional manor he suggested changes to help protect me better. Much to my surprise after talking for a good 20 minutes I was able to save $230 a year with much higher liability and now a $0.00 comprehensive detectable. I did have a $500 deduct there, so I am much happier knowing that. After our conversation I googled them, and read a few review's, seems like every one agree's. They are all good honest people able to help and be available 24/7. It is an old fashion agency in a very 21st century way.

I have such an amazing Insurance Rep! When I was buying a car I must have called her 20 times to check the different prices on insurance, and she was very pleasant and helpful! She even offer advice on what was rated a safer vehicle which provided cheaper rates! Anytime I call the office, everyone is SUPER nice and are willing to answer my questions when she is not around! I would feel comfortable having my grandmother call Allstate and know that she was in GREAT HANDS!!!! Thanks AllState!

Not only did they save me money on my insurance, they were friendly and professional. I also signed up for the motorclub and when I had to call them they sent someone immediately when I told them that I was disabled. I am so glad that I have them and the "In Good Hands" statement is very true. I feel safe with them as my agency

A+ staff and a great atmosphere! The owner actually went out of his way to come and change my flat tire when I broke down on my way to work. I am confident I can count on Sarkella and Associates to take care of me and all of my insurance needs. I will never shop around again but I am glad I did since I found them!
