        Overall

        The cross fit people are a different breed, determined but unorganized in my opinion they shoved us through our elements class in 3 days and then expected us to know moves correctly and quickly they do everyone's work out the same whether you are18 or 70 I think they works should be more customized to individual people especially for 2000
