Couldn't afford my lease payments anymore and I was upside down so I couldn't trade it in. Scott Maxwell tried to help me as much as he could but the only thing they could do is have me buy the car instead of lease it. That way it'll have a 5 year warranty and I won't have to make payments for 2 months which will help give me time to figure things out.

The expirence was a great with sales rep James was amazing. He has a very bubbly personallity and was excellent to work with and teh sales manager was very nice as well.

I came in on an idea, to see what VW is all about. The salesman showed me only the cars I was interested in and did not try and sell me anything else, great job on his part. I finally desided on a diesel bug, no pressure to purchase, salesman was straight up, and honest. What a great experance, the people here seem a great team.
